Bagshaw, who they’ve long accused of being unnecessarily aggressive while repelling rioters in the Lower West Terrace tunnel. They surrounded and shouted at him for a prolonged period before dispersing. Bagshaw walked alongside the marchers for almost a mile as they headed away from the Capitol.
