![Lewis Pullman talks about the craziest day on the set of ‘Thunderbolts*’ ⚡️ “I mean, that final sequence in the lab where Bob fights the Void was something like I've never done before in my life. Because to differentiate the fighting style between the Void and Bob was really difficult. And I was so lucky to work with this stunt double Alec Back, who is just so awesome in every way and such a good buddy and was so along for the ride and so invested. So we had so many conversations about the body language of how we're going to differentiate. We wanted Bob to look like he was an eight-year-old and on a playground, like he has no experience like how he throws these punches. But then there's a wildness and there's a feralness to where it goes to. And then actually shooting that, I had to shoot both sides of the fight. Alec was standing in for the opposite side. And you don't just get to do one part of it the whole way through. You have to do it a bunch of different ways depending on what the setups are. And keeping the choreography in your mind about whether I'm getting punched or punching was like so disorienting. It fried my brain. And then also going back and forth in between those different styles and body language of them and keeping who [I am now] in mind and changing your clothes hundred times throughout the course of the day. Lewis Pullman: “Especially with a character like this, there's so much to be mind. I got to meet Paul Jenkins (Paul Jenkins) who created the Sentry and I was geeking out with him. I was like, I gotta give you my number, we gotta stay in contact. He was so game and open and he was such a spectacular dude. And I just looking in his eyes, I don't know if in my own lifetime enough time to really get to the bottom of this character and why Paul birthed him. And once he loses control over it, it becomes this all powerful kind of wormholeesque thing.
