It was bad enough that college students didn’t know what they were protesting, now they not only know what they’re protesting they’re also supportive of future attacks and Islamization of communities. This video is disturbing. There is no genocide. Sinwar and Hassouna were both terrorists and world should thank Israel not fight it. I’m sorry that society has become so hateful and borderline sadistic. I Stand with Israel 🇱🇧🤍🇮🇱 StopAntisemitism StandWithUs

Here’s the longer news clip from Aoun’s tantrum. Which diaspora exactly is he accusing of spreading lies about Lebanon in Washington? The politicians in forced exile, activists or the Maronite Church? “No one respects Lebanon because we don’t respect ourselves.” True, I’ve been saying that but I’m not the president I don’t say it in front of cameras for the world to watch and see. You need to have self respect and honor and not degrade and try to humiliate diaspora who know Lebanon more than you probably do. You’re a child. Grow up. Lebanese Presidency

She is why we will continue to fight for Lebanon. Her and her family are why the Lebanese spirit will never die, because no matter how long you’ve been out of the country their spirit remains Maronite Lebanese. I may not have been born into a Maronite family, but my blood is Maronite and I will die a Maronite. I will continue to fight for my homeland so that her and the millions of diaspora who had to flee the country, will one day return. We are Lebanon, Lebanon is Us. @mountlevnon #PeaksofPeace 🇱🇧🕊️🇮🇱

The story of Lebanese Jews is not spoken about enough. Many Jews found refuge in Lebanon after fleeing their home countries for fear of persecution. Like the Armenians, the Jewish community contributed to society bringing culture and civilization. There was prosperity and true co-existence. Then the 6-Day war and the Palestinians (who came to Lebanon after trying to overthrow the Jordanian monarchy) obtained arms turning them on the Lebanese which led to the “civil war”. The "civil war" didn't just trigger Lebanon's downfall it also led to one of the country's communities leaving. For those advocating co-existence among the faiths and shaming Christians who are protecting their community by any means necessary, where is your mentioning of the Lebanese Jews in your vision of "co-existence"?
