I've had all the Peking Ducks in Vegas multiple times and Mott 32's amazing signature Apple Wood Roasted 42-Day Peking Duck for $138 is my favorite! You have to reserve the duck at least 24 to 48 hours before your dinner. Honestly, since they only make around 50 per day, you should book it the second you make your table reservation.

I've never seen a Wagyu Cutlet Sando done on a teppanyaki grill before! The chef was bathing this filet in butter for at least 10 minutes straight. The result was an insane sandwich unlike anything else I've ever had from Teppanyaki Ousaka Wagyu at the Hotel Plaza in Osaka, Japan. Holy fuck
