OTF Dede’s bond motion is bigger than people think. The government already changed its theory once. Shotti tried to get years shaved off his 15-year federal sentence. He pointed to medical issues, brutal lockdowns, and real rehabilitation. The judge said: denied – not “extraordinary and compelling,” and the violence in his case still justifies the full term. Judges do have the power to show mercy. Appeals court upholds conviction but that doesn’t sanctify prosecutors ignoring the testimony of the unbiased eyewitness Sean Kelly that he observed two women engaged in a violent fight in his driveway from his bedroom window. It doesn’t sanctify prosecutors, letting those two women testify without confronting the glaring contradictions.. And appeals can’t fix the defense’s fatal mistakes: not calling Quan to testify, not making Tory take the stand. Some errors are permanent.

6ix9ine lawyer get a continuance pushing sentencing from 11-20 to 12-5 on account of home invasion and mom being held at gunpoint. This was an important request for a continuance because it puts front and center in front of the Judge the fact of the home invasion and what happened to his mom and it will be get sympathy and it’s relevant when considering his conduct involving other people who have gone after him for being a rat.
