Masters Of The Universe opens to only $54 million worldwide, such a shame as it's a legit good, summer blockbuster movie. A great adaptation of the property that deserved to do a lot better than it has. Would've loved this to have started a franchise, but it doesn't look good😔

A Nightmare On Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge (1985) A great opening nightmare to this horror sequel as a school bus ride home literally turns into hell in the desert when Freddy is behind the wheel...

The Terminator (1984) A deleted scene from the ending where it turns out the final confrontation between Sarah and the T-800 was actually at Cyberdyne, handing them the technology that leads to their creation and starts the future war. A great, bleak time loop paradox

The Perfect Weapon (1991) The dojo fight scene were Jeff Speakman takes on three guys, including the late James Lew, to get information out of them. Speakman looks good doing his thing, his kenpo moves are fast and sharp, it's a shame his career never took him to greater heights

Rocky Balboa (2006) A great scene, Rocky giving the iconic, heartfelt speech to his son, Robert Jr, about how hard life is, how winning is not about how hard you can punch, but how much punishment you can take and keep pushing forward, what true courage is. Inspirational🥊

Is this the most epic gearing up montage in Commando (1985)? No one except Schwarzenegger could move with that much equipment on😄

Lethal Weapon (1987) It's easy to see why a lot of deleted scenes are cut, but one I would've loved to have seen left in it's theatrical version is the sniper scene from Lethal Weapon. It shows just how bad ass and on the edge Riggs is, but before he meets Murtaugh

Dick Tracy (1990) Disney banked on this being as big as the previous years Batman, with an amazing cast (Warren Beatty, Al Pacino, Madonna), some phenomenal practical make up work and a beautiful comic book aesthetic, it made money but, unfortunately fell short of expectations

Ulyses 31 The 1981 animated series reimagines the mythological journey of Odysseus (using the Latin name Ulysses), a sci-fi adaptation of Homers The Odyssey with some stunning animation and a memorable opening theme. It ran for one 26 episode season

One of the most memorable scenes in the Dirty Harry franchise is from Sudden Impact (1983), where Inspector Harry Callahan (and his two friends, Smith & Wesson), stops a diner being robbed and gives us the iconic line "Go ahead, make my day". So good, Eastwood at his best

Lionheart (1990) One of my favourite JCVD films with quality fight scenes and a great "end boss" fight. I miss the way these movies were filmed, that same hit edited multiple times for maximum impact and a nice wide shot were you can see everything, love that elbow finish😄💪🏻

The Mysterious Cities of Gold is a classic 1982 cartoon adventure show, running for 39 episodes. Set in the 16th century that follows three kids searching for lost treasure and their missing parents in the New World. A classic adventure series with another memorable theme tune

Hudson Hawk (1991) Bruce Willis action/comedy blockbuster about a cat burglar that was a notorious box office flop. I've always liked this film, it's a bizarre sometimes surreal, funny movie with a great cast and way over the top bad guys. What do you think?🤔

The opening score to Superman: The Movie (1978) is, in my opinion, the single greatest movie theme ever made. It builds, getting better and better as it goes on, flying through space as the credits swoop onto the screen. John Williams finest work for me, amazing piece of music🤌🏻

Remember how big a deal the trailer was for Batman '89? People were mad because Keaton had been cast as Batman, so they got a trailer out as fast as they could. Other movies benefitted from this as people were so desperate to see it, they bought tickets just to see the trailer😄

Re-animator (1985) is one of my favourite horror movies of all time, pure 80's greatness with it's blood soaked, low budget practical effects and a dash of humour. Jeffrey Combs is amazing as Herbert West, one of the best horror movie characters out there, a quality performance
