Below is a screen recording from March 6, 2024. It is a screen recording of a group text between myself, Jen McCabe, Julie Criselo, and Lisa Criselo. I'm going to post the screen recording for now. I have children to attend to, and a life. But when I have time (possibly this evening) I will return to explain away Kate's lies and the details. For now.. everyone has eyeballs and, as far as I'm aware, knows how to read.

WHAT??!?!?! "That email was authored at the request of Lindsey Gaetani"?!?!?!? 🤣🤣🤣 How long do I have to keep doing this dance with this pathological liar? When are they going to realize that Kate Peter, her lies, and this bold strategy of trying to project every one of their actions onto me is just going to make me keep showing more truth? I'm tell the story in more detail soon. In the meantime, here is a screen record of messages between myself, Kate Peter, and one of Jen McCabe's family members in regards to the restraining order violation. The RO that was eventually not renewed mostly because of the stunt(s) these people pulled at my expense. Remember the 20+ pages of documents that were submitted (and also used in an attempt to revoke Aidan's bail on 3/14/24) which showed maps, pictures and metadata of videos from that day? Yea... Wasn't me that put that together. In fact, several of the "house defendants" worked on it, and were a part of the "mission" that followed, which included a trip to Foxboro Shopping Plaza and a hand-off between Kate and Matt McCabe, followed by a meetup with Nelson (Mello's PI); and the eventual and infamous drop-off of Ken Mello to the Dedham courthouse in a red pick-up. Oh and "JEN SAID...."

I've been refraining from addressing this person because frankly she's irrelevant to my life, even though she's been obsessed with me for years. But her recent uptick in psychotic behaviors finally warrants a post. Jess Machado could not be any more accurate if her life was on the line. Just dropping truth bombs like it's Christmas morning. If I were Aidan, I would invest in a state of the art security system equipped with cameras at every angle, nuke my devices, make the switch to a Droid (make fun of me all you want), get a private security detail, and sleep with one eye open for the rest of my Goddamn life. Meredith "Swimfan" O'Neil should know that I know so much more than she could ever imagine about the crimeS she's been committing. People have been flooding my DMs (and phone calls 😉) with unsolicited evidence of everything she's done (from the last 3 years; to her antics after her lackluster publicity stunt of a relationship ended when she was dumped; to her most recent activities). I know who has helped her. I have people who want to testify under oath against her. I have. It. All. This woman deserves no sympathy. She's been conning everyone on the internet since she first sunk her teeth into the prey she had been stalking for a year prior. She knew what she was getting into with Aidan as she sought him out in JAIL. She knew he was a womanizer. She chose that, thinking she was "different" and better than everyone around her. The sweet innocent act never fooled me for a second. But it fooled many others. I'm going to make sure it never fools anyone again.

Discovery just handed over in the CW v. Aidan Kearney 2023 indictments incorrectly states that an email from state informant, Kate Peter, was sent to Special Prosecutor Ken Mello on MAY 8, 2024. However, the email was actually sent on FEBRUARY 14, 2024 and IS the email that I recently shared here on X! (See screen recording below, which shows the same email subject, 'Fwd: AK', and 10 attachments). I'm sure the CW will just chalk this up to a 'typo' though, right?

Kate Peter publicly announced to the world today that she is in possession of REVENGE porn of witnesses in criminal proceedings and threatened that it's, "coming out eventually"; in addition to inciting people to call in false reports to the Feds. Yikes. I have one message for Kate Peter:

You people are not very smart. Firstly, all of Kate's moles on their sock accounts outing themselves this morning. Classic. Number two, the "conflict" was created by your precious leader the second he decided to sue me. Cosgrove was always going to be deposed as a witness whether he was added as a third party defendant or not. Because HE was the one, according to what Detective Haldiman told me, who handed over the SA report (which, by the way, are NOT public record AND was still an active investigation) to Bradl during another "discovery dump". SA reports are NEVER public record, even if the investigation had been closed. It was not redacted in any way, shape, or form either. I couldn't even get a copy of my own report because of the law. So no, neither I, or Grant Smith Ellis (who I don't know what he has to do with anything) created the "conflict" or got the charges dropped. NCDAO and Kate Peter and her "people" clearly just expected, tried to prevent (sabotaging my legal fundraiser with the pretend Gaffney donation and ensuing drama), and very much tried to advise me (see prior Gaffney videos) to roll over and take a 2 mill default judgement. Regardless, it seems as NCDAO never intended on seeing the charges with Kearney through to the end anyway. How were they EVER going to explain why messages of Tully's and only the responses FROM Kate Peter were missing (all of my messages TO her were still there) after a certain date? How were they EVER going to explain why all of the google drive links were deleted??? (They played both versions of the audio at the grand jury, so they SHOULD have both versions SOMEWHERE). They COULDN'T explain. But also ask yourself why all the ramblings about Kate Peter continued in "letters" but neither Bradl or BEDEROW ever once asked for an evidentiary hearing with her. Why did Kearney start polling his audience months and months ago trying to gauge if people would still be fans if he made a deal? Why around the same exact time did he suddenly, not only stop attending Kate Peter's hearings (when he and Lauren Murray had never missed a single one ever before), but he also completely stopped even speaking about her charges period. And one by one they just magically disappeared just as she told everyone they would in public X posts. I'll connect the dots for you later.

Or why did she delete the Google Drive that contained discovery items that were shown to the grand jury, should have been turned over to Aidan's defense but never were, and was the real reason the CW was never going to be able to see his charges through to trial? Or why was Chris Gagne allowed to submit evidence THROUGH Kate Peter and remain an anonymous source of evidence, never having her name listed on any police reports, emails, or court documents and why was SHE never forced to testify before the grand jury or have her entire cell phone extracted to obtain said evidence? Funny, I was not given that same luxury of providing anonymous information (information that they already knew of and had verified from Natalie Wiweke-Bershneider). Why does Kate Peter continue to hurl personal attacks or distract/project/answer these questions with irrelevant bullshit instead of giving a direct answer? If I was allowed that same privilege as Chris Gagne, the entire evening of December 23rd would have never happened. It's weird. It's almost like they wanted to protect certain people, while throwing others to the sharks. It's almost like they wanted to manufacture scenarios that they knew would play out because they had profiled certain people and knew how they would likely respond 🤔

Oh my Lord. This is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. This demented beached whale has been constantly talking about other people's children, families, parenting, partner's, etc since she first arrived on the scene with her gigantuan head two years ago. But suddenly, it's a problem if people want to speak about HER children or family or court documents? If I remember correctly, which I do.. back in early 2024 when she obtained years old probate documents about MY family and was attempting to torment me on a daily basis by threatening to plaster them on the internet as a way to bypass a provision in a restraining order, there were people advising her that what she was doing was morally wrong. And you know what her response was? "Lindsey's a public figure and I'm a journalist. I report on newsworthy information, and these records are newsworthy." (I was not a public figure, mind you). Well guess what Jessica? You're a public figure now, sweetie. Your desire to insert yourself into active court/criminal cases, your persistent lies, and as a result, now YOUR life.. is OH SO newsworthy. 💁♀️ Looking forward to the stream today. Check out the man, the myth, the legend Ray from Dallas at 1pm. ON A MONDAY!! 😂
