🇿🇦This South African woman nails the problem well. Her account of S. African White shitlibs who're still deluding themselves is amazing. It's hard to imagine how anyone in that situation could still be a race-denialist at 6-9% White population, but there are still plenty.

🇿🇦 A High Court judgment delivered on 2 February 2026 has now confirmed, in black and white, that the Central Firearms Registry has been acting unlawfully‼️‼️ This is no longer a complaint from gun owners or dealers. It is a court finding. The Marksman Arms judgment is critical because it exposes systemic abuse of power inside the CFR, not minor administrative error. The court found that firearm and dealer licence applications were unlawfully delayed, obstructed and effectively refused without any authority in the Firearms Control Act. At the centre of this failure sits Brigadier Sikhakhane, the head of the Central Firearms Registry. The judgment makes it clear that the unlawful conduct complained of occurred under her leadership and authority. This includes shifting requirements, invented criteria, endless delays and decisions taken without procedural fairness. That is not lawful administration. It is institutional incompetence. The court explicitly rejected CFR’s standard defence of “capacity constraints” and backlogs. The law does not bend because CFR cannot manage itself. Administrative incapacity is not a lawful excuse for violating citizens’ rights. If the CFR is dysfunctional, that failure rests squarely with its leadership. When a High Court has to remind the head of a national registry that public officials may only exercise powers granted by Parliament, it is an indictment of both competence and attitude. This is not caution or public safety. It is useless governance. The real-world consequence is dangerous. Law-abiding South Africans who comply with training, background checks, renewals and safe storage are systematically disadvantaged. Criminals, meanwhile, face no CFR forms, no refusals and no delays. They continue to acquire and use illicit firearms freely, through gangs, corruption and organised crime networks that CFR has shown no ability to disrupt. The result is a system that punishes compliance while criminals do as they please. This judgment draws a clear line. Under Brigadier Sikhakhane’s leadership, the CFR has drifted into policy-making by obstruction, something it has no constitutional mandate to do. Public safety cannot be achieved by quietly sabotaging legislation through unlawful administration. We will soon officially have to zoom in on the Central Firearms Registry, its leadership, its decision-making processes and its compliance with the Firearms Control Act and PAJA. Court findings of this seriousness demand oversight, consequences and reform. You do not build safety by disarming the compliant while criminals remain armed. That is not gun control. That is governance failure. Ian Cameron Crime Activist// Chairperson: Portfolio Committee on Police// Member of Parliament of the Republic of South Africa 🇿🇦

🇿🇦 Read and weep... its about time the truth starts coming out...‼️ "I am a contractor and I worked at the Medupi Power Station. I wish to add a few comments... "The working staff get the last day of each month off as well as half the previous day for pay day. "General workers arrive between eight and nine and start working on the new substations by ten. "Lunch starts at about 11:30 and finishes about 14:00 They leave at about 15:30 "These are the general workers pulling in new cables, moving panels etc. "So very little real work gets done because of the short working hours. "I was working in a substation. The air conditioning system was not working because the controller is the wrong type. It has taken four months to find a replacement. It was 40 degrees in the substation "The two main chimneys at Medupi have been built facing the wrong direction. They are 180 degrees the wrong way round. This means the pipework will all have to be changed. The efficiency of the blowers will be affected as the pipework is incorrect. "The management of staff is a mess. The staff sit and look at you if you ask them to do anything. They know that if they don’t like what you are asking, they can on strike and they have done it. So nobody messes with them. "The engineer who signed off the building of the chimneys the wrong way round has disappeared. There was insufficient management oversight. The wrong air conditioning unit in the substation was also due to lack of management. LUNCH "Apparently the “kitchen” or food contract is run by the local ANC mayor or leader. The workers are guaranteed a hot lunch every day. There is a central kitchen and mess. "Thus a worker who is an hour away from the kitchen, is transported in a little bus. His lunch hour only starts when he picks up the plate to be served. "So an hour lunch break lasts 2 or 3 hours in some sections. "When the workforce was on strike the lunch providers were paid full value – not just the profit section even though they were not supplying any meals. "The lunch contract has come up for review many times and every time the same person is awarded the contract despite better or other bids." Now this is just lunch.... Imagine the rest ?

Time for a laugh. 🇿🇦A history lesson, and a bit of DID YOU KNOW⁉️ If apartheid was SO merciless and inhumane, how did Mandela manage to get a law degree? • Was it inhumane for whites to have built TEN Universities for blacks during Apartheid? • Didn't this inhumane Government increase its budget on black education by 30% every year? • Paid for by white taxes. • How was it possible in such inhumane conditions, for 65% of black South African children to be at school, compared to Egypt 64%, Nigeria 57%, Ghana52%, Tanzania50% and Ethiopia 29%? • How was it possible in such inhumane conditions, that 71% of black adults in South Africa could read and write, compared to Kenya 47%, Egypt 38%, Nigeria 34% and Mozambique 26%? • Didn't these 'inhumane racist whites' build 15 new classrooms for black schools, EVERY working day, EVERY year? • How was it possible in such inhumane conditions, for the black population to grow from 5 million to 40 million? • If the Apartheid regime was so inhumane, why did it spend 56% of its annual budget on blacks? • If it was so inhumane, how was it possible for black living standards to rise by 5.4% per year? • If it was so inhumane, how did Soweto get 115 football fields, 3 rugby fields, 4 athletic tracks, 11 cricket pitched, 2 golf courses, 47 tennis courts, 7 swimming pools built to Olympic standards, 5 bowling alleys, 81 netball fields, 39 children's play parks, and 78 civic halls, 42 cinemas, 48 clubhouses, 316 churches, 378 schools, 2 technical colleges, 8 clinics, 63 child day care centres, 11 Post Offices, and its own fruit and vegetable market? • All paid for by white taxes! • If it was SO bad, why did Soweto alone have more cars, taxis, schools, churches and sport facilities than most independent countries in Africa? • more private vehicles than the entire white population of the USSR at the time? • Who gave Blacks the Baragwanath Hospital for free? The biggest hospital in the world, with 3245 beds and at its peak almost 8200 staff? • It had 23 operation theatres fitted out with the most modern medical equipment that existed in the world; where Blacks were treated and operated on, at full government subsidies, costs to the white taxpayers for unlimited periods. • The budget of this hospital was higher than the yearly budget of most small member states of the United Nations. • It employed 456 medical doctors in full-time service. • It treated 112 000 in-patients and 1.76 million out-patients per year. • The children and infant death rate with 34.8 per 1000 was lower than Harlem in New York. • In 1982 alone, this hospital performed 908 heart operations of world standard on Black patients. • 94% of the blood donors to that hospital, whites? • Who gave the blacks the St. John's Eye Clinic, world famous for the treatment of Glaucoma, cataracts, eye traumatic injuries and rare tropical diseases? • All built and maintained by white taxpayers money for blacks. • And remember that 92% of the inhumane whites voted for change in South Africa in the referendum of 17 March 1992. This in a country where nothing existed prior to the White man arriving in 1652. The Blacks hadn't built schools, universities, or even figured out reading, writing or basic arithmetic. But hey, let's keep on blaming the whites and apartheid 32 years after an entire country, in perfect working condition, was handed over to Black majority rule. Video ⬇️ Real humour about restructuring the budget back in those days...
