She gets so much wrong here. First of all, the Numenoreans weren't the "first men". The first men were the Atani who awoke at Hildórien. Secondly, while the various races in Middle-earth certainly do have biological differences, that isn't why Tolkien considered some of his races inferior or superior to others. The Edain migrated to the West, and encountered the Noldor, which led to the Edain advancing as a people. Many races of men refused to go West and settled in other regions, and so they didn't receive those gifts. Also, this isn't exclusive to Men. For instance, no one would compare the Avari to the Noldor. The Avari, being unwilling to make the Great Journey to Valinor, chose to stay behind, and they didn't receive the lore and teachings from the Ainur, unlike the Noldor. If I had to lead a force of elves into battle against orcs, and I had a choice between the Noldor and Avari, I'm choosing the Noldor every time, because they are a more advanced people, with better training, better weapons and armor, and a better strength of spirit from having resided in Valinor. These are examples of races being inferior or superior based on circumstances and choices. They aren't inferior or superior because of skin color or biology. And if you want to make the dumbass argument that races are portrayed as morally superior based on immutable characteristics, I will beat you down with this: Bór the Easterling and his kin, who were all dark skinned, were hands down morally superior to Ar-Pharazon and the King's Men, a bunch of white guys. All this woman is doing is trying to subtlety suggest that Tolkien was a problematic racist, which he most certainly was not.
