St. Louis! State number 2 - Missouri ✅ Driving over the Mississippi past the Gateway Arch was pretty cool 👌 Also got to see another baseball stadium ⚾️

Had a quick stop in Aggieland on the way to Waco to check out Kyle Field 🏟️ I heard everything is bigger in Texas but oh my days a 102,000 seater stadium! 🤯 Very impressive.

We detoured off the I-55 to drive a bit of the original brick Route 66 in Auburn. Maybe not a wise move in an RV… 😂

They built it and we came! It’s the actual FIELD OF DREAMS 🤩 Is this heaven? ⚾️

We also stopped by the original Raising Cane's in Baton Rouge So cool - still the original decor and tiger print seats! 🐯 Shout out to our server for guessing our accents 😂

We travelled the beautiful Beltline from Krog Street to Ponce City Market today. Too hot to walk the whole way though… ☀️

So we made it to the Tri-State marker! The intersection of KS-MO-OK Having started the day in Arkansas we made 4 states in 1 day 🙌 🇺🇸

Today was definitely bridge day! Not only did we survive the Lake Charles bridge 🙌 but then my mind was fried crossing the 18-mile Atchafalaya bridge 🤯

Not long after leaving Pontiac things got pretty bad. I’m not gonna lie this was not pleasant 😥 So, we’ve decided not to risk any more travel and have booked into a hotel in Normal (which is pretty ironic)

Game’s gone! Walked past this truck after the game. Turns out it’s a ‘coloured shirt exchange’ where those in the neutral section have to take off their club shirts before going in the studium and then collect it again after the match… 🫣🤯 #lufc

Of course Louisiana threw a couple more bridges at us as we left… 😂 And also a STUNNING sunset over Lake Pontchartrain 😎 Thank you for having us LA it’s been an unforgettable experience ⚜️❤️ Onto Mississippi!

Respect to Mrs Tommo who did the driving through the storms today. Understandably she did get a bit stressed at times… this was just after we left Wally’s after sheltering in the store room and I was complaining about the radio in the RV 😂
