I have to say thank you to AES El Salvador, quickly came out to identify the issue and I have to admit we were wrong We weren't overcharged, we had faulty equipment in our educational centre that was drawing crazy power I apologise for the accusation that we were overcharged and want to express my gratitude for identitying the issue we had no clue about! The service in El Salvador sometimes shocks me at how quickly it can be rectified!
