This lady walks into a gold and silver dealer to sell some of her old jewelry she doesn’t wear anymore, she’s doing this in hopes of getting $400 for a used computer for her daughter who is in boarding school, she is totally unaware of the high prices gold has been reaching. She has 202 g before she adds in the last piece that’s roughly 7 ounce of 14 karat gold which is half the value of 28 carat, the price of gold now is $3900 an ounce roughly so for conversation sake let’s say it was $3500 when she made the transaction so $1750 would be the value of those 7 ounces and that equals $12,250, so they were fair with her in my opinion. Not bad, she walked in looking for 400 and walked out with $12,000, and she kept the good stuff in her purse, hopefully she went home and bought a small safe and called her insurance agent😬

Jersey Shore An intoxicated beachgoer had to be rescued from the rip current three times. Rescue # 1 they had to rescue him from the rip current 🛟 Rescue # 2 they had to rescue him from himself 🙄 Rescue # 3 when they were beleaguered by the first two rescues they put their feelings aside and did what their duty calls for them to do and they went in after the man for a third time only to be greeted with punches as law-enforcement looked on and waited.👮🏻♂️ People like this are not only a danger unto themselves but they are also a danger to not only there would-be rescuers but the public at large. It took lifeguards from up and down the beach to resolve this unnecessary situation undoubted until you’re leaving other sections of the beach unprotected…smdh 🙄

This young lady bought herself a 2025 Audi SQ – Five ($45,400 sticker) and the savvy car buyer knows that by December 2025 the 2026 models have been out for a couple months, so there’s a good chance she got some incentives for this “left over” She literally had the car back at the dealership within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle, This cycle would repeat itself several times, eventually she ended up filling out paperwork under the Lemon Law, Volkswagen USA acquiesced and made her an “offer” that was several thousand dollars less than what she paid. Those “several thousand dollars” were more than likely commissions given to the salesman and the dealership which are irretrievable. Once you drive it off the lot in all likelihood you will never retrieve the full purchase price for the vehicle unless the DEALERSHIP and SALESMAN give up their commission😂 #BuyerBeware

🥹 I’ve never been more empathetic or compelled to give someone on social media and sympathetic hug, I share some of this young ladies frustration, I’ve had my Epson printer for five years give or take, I will give a generous estimate of 200 copies I have pushed through it ?? 🤷🏻♂️ Just three days ago I had some paperwork I wanted to get to a friend and I decided to use the scanner for the first time, well that ended in failure because the printer was not connected to Wi-Fi 😳 That is a head scratcher for me, how have I been sending documents from my iPad to the computer for printing all this time ?? I thought no problem I just looked up my Wi-Fi ID and password on my iPad, I entered wi-Fi ID and my password ❌ so for good measure I tried it again and just in case I made a mistake ❌ so I took a picture of the document with my phone and sent it that way, so basically I have a printer in name only, I checked YouTube where to look for the password on the printer ❌ I have to keep the paper cartridge full once it gets halfway through the Stack it won’t print I getneeds paper” 😡 I researched the probleon on YouTube it said clean the rollers ❌ I tried after Market ink cartridges operating to save a couple of bucks ❌ I guess I will consider myself lucky that I don’t have a Hewlett-Packard 😬 Just out of curiosity are all printers this hateful ??

This clown chose the free sample lady at Costco as his target, he went and got his free sample and decided to set up shop right there, because he was lingering she offered him the last two of the batch she was currently offering and he refused them, then when she threw them away he made his move “can we get a sample” she replied that she was going to put a fresh batch out added I thought we already had this conversation being that he refused the two prior. This lady bought a $100 Home Depot gift card at Target 🎯as a token of appreciation for a client of hers, however when they went to cash in the gift card they were informed that there were no monies available because of the card had already been used. This leaves the client feeling like they’ve been the victim of some kind of cruel prank and the purchaser feeling like she had been scammed. When the lady returned to Target with the receipt in hand she was promptly informed that gift cards are nonrefundable, leaving her not only frustrated but out the $100 for the original purchase price. How did it been a Target gift card the problem could have been easily remedied, but because the gift card was for a different retailer now both parties can claim they are not responsible. Before starting any construction project utilizing lumber, educating ourselves on the different types of dimensional lumber available to us is key, trees are typically processed in sawmills 3 different ways, checking the end grain will tell us whether it is the following. 1️⃣ plain 2️⃣ quarter 3️⃣ rift Any of us that have frequented the big box home improvement centers are fully aware of some of the junk lumber that comes through their doors. Being selective about our lumber can make all the difference in the finished product, searching for an actual lumberyard in our vicinity can save us a lot of aggravation by not having to sift hrough stacks of lumber only to find 2 x’s warped, split and full of knots. There is a high likelihood this lumber is imported, lumberyards more than likely utilize American sawmillers processing American trees. Lumberyards more than likely keep these different types separated so they can point builders in the right direction, we are going to pay up for this lumber but as the old saying goes you cannot put a price on quality.

Brisket is all the rage for smoking these days 🔥 But have you tried the California classic that’s stealing the spotlight? The tri-tip! In this killer clip, watch as the pro expertly trims a beautiful tri-tip roast. Notice how they carefully pull out that pesky little lymph gland nestled right in the fat — I’m calling it the tri-tip lymph gland (or just “the gland” in BBQ circles). You gotta remove it to avoid any off-flavors that could ruin your smoke! The tri-tip comes from the bottom sirloin primal on the cow — that triangular muscle right in the hindquarter, near the hip and upper leg area. It’s not the chest brisket (which is the pectoral muscles lower down the front), but when you smoke it low and slow like a brisket, it becomes what some call the “poor man’s brisket” or “trisket” — juicy, tender, with that amazing bark in a fraction of the time! I always do this exact trim on my tri-tips before throwing them on the smoker. Personal tip: hunt for that small, firm gland in the seam or fat cap — pull it out clean and save the good fat for rendering into tallow. It makes your final product taste cleaner and more premium.
