I’ve come to realize that many of these so-called “LawTubers” are actors. They’re playing a role, and YouTube is their stage. They are not there to explain the law—they’re there to entertain an audience that rewards them with Super Chats, memberships, and donations. So they give their viewers exactly what they want to hear, even if that means misrepresenting the law, making false statements and inaccurate legal claims, defending the indefensible, or excusing and even encouraging the harassment and intimidation of witnesses. The damage this does is enormous. It destroys public trust in the justice system, distorts how people understand the courts, and misleads viewers about the rights of victims, witnesses, and defendants alike. When lawyers stop acting like lawyers and start acting like performers, the justice system becomes just another form of entertainment. This can’t be the future.

In an interview with BC Law magazine, David Yannetti David Yannetti said he had “concerns” with Turtleboy. He went on to say, “He was somebody you want to keep at arm’s length. The tactics he uses are not the tactics of a refined defense attorney.” Considering he is now fundraising for him and openly supporting his witness intimidation and harassment, I guess that arm’s length got shorter, and I think we all know at this point that their tactics are pretty similar.

Let’s all take a moment to feel sorry for the person John O’Keefe’s family is suing in a wrongful death lawsuit. Poor Karen Read. 🚨Someone planted her taillight under mounds of snow at the crime scene. Regardless of what ‘side’ you’re on — if you deny that Hank Brennan absolutely dismantled Karen Read’s fabricated conspiracy today, you’re not a serious person. He also proved to every reasonable person that she—and only she—killed John O’Keefe. Her car’s black box and John’s phone don’t lie. The data is the data. You can’t spin it, and you can’t argue it. 🚨UPDATE: The first hearing was held today in Barnstable District Court regarding the lawsuit filed by Jen McCabe, Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, and Colin Albert, which includes claims of defamation, civil conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other related allegations against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Noticeably absent were Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Kearney was a no-show for the first hearing in the defamation case he’s been begging for, nonstop hyping, and supposedly couldn’t wait to face. He claimed he was unaware of the hearing this am, if you buy that, you might be in a cult.

Thoughts on Kelly Dever resigning from the BPD: I mean, wouldn’t you? 🤦🏻‍♀️ She told investigators she saw Higgins and the chief lurking around the sallyport when Read’s car was there. For whatever reason, a lot of weirdos wanted in on the Fake CoNsPiRaCy. But the FBI showed her she could NOT have possibly seen them—and that she was NOT at Canton Police Department when Karen Read’s car arrived. They confronted her, and she recanted, blaming it on memory issues. Maybe it was, whatever. Fast forward to trial #2: the defense already knew she had either made it up or was mistaken— yet they still called her, just to keep the circus alive.
