उत्तराखंड का लिंगुड़ा एक पौष्टिक और औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर सुपरफूड माना जाता है, लेकिन आज भी इसे उचित बाजार नहीं मिल पा रहा है। बरसात के मौसम में इसकी पैदावार अधिक होती है और दूरदराज के जंगलों से ग्रामीण इसे मेहनत से तोड़कर लाते हैं। इसके बावजूद किसानों और ग्रामीणों को इसका सही मूल्य नहीं मिल रहा। कई स्थानों पर जूस सेंटर और अचार बनाने वाले व्यापारी इसे औने-पौने दामों में खरीद रहे हैं। सरकार स्थानीय उत्पादों के विपणन की प्रभावी व्यवस्था करने में अब तक सफल नहीं दिख रही है। यदि लिंगुड़ा की ब्रांडिंग, प्रोसेसिंग और मार्केटिंग पर ध्यान दिया जाए तो यह ग्रामीणों की आय बढ़ाने का मजबूत माध्यम बन सकता है। राज्य सरकार को सहकारी समितियों, स्वयं सहायता समूहों और ऑनलाइन विपणन प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से इसकी बिक्री सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए। केवल स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के दावे पर्याप्त नहीं हैं, उन्हें उचित बाजार और उचित मूल्य दिलाना भी सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है।
