उत्तराखंड का लिंगुड़ा एक पौष्टिक और औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर सुपरफूड माना जाता है, लेकिन आज भी इसे उचित बाजार नहीं मिल पा रहा है। बरसात के मौसम में इसकी पैदावार अधिक होती है और दूरदराज के जंगलों से ग्रामीण इसे मेहनत से तोड़कर लाते हैं। इसके बावजूद किसानों और ग्रामीणों को इसका सही मूल्य नहीं मिल रहा। कई स्थानों पर जूस सेंटर और अचार बनाने वाले व्यापारी इसे औने-पौने दामों में खरीद रहे हैं। सरकार स्थानीय उत्पादों के विपणन की प्रभावी व्यवस्था करने में अब तक सफल नहीं दिख रही है। यदि लिंगुड़ा की ब्रांडिंग, प्रोसेसिंग और मार्केटिंग पर ध्यान दिया जाए तो यह ग्रामीणों की आय बढ़ाने का मजबूत माध्यम बन सकता है। राज्य सरकार को सहकारी समितियों, स्वयं सहायता समूहों और ऑनलाइन विपणन प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से इसकी बिक्री सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए। केवल स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के दावे पर्याप्त नहीं हैं, उन्हें उचित बाजार और उचित मूल्य दिलाना भी सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है।

उत्तराखंड की नदियाँ आज एक खामोश संकट से गुजर रही हैं- एक ऐसा संकट जो साफ दिखाई देता है, लेकिन जिस पर कार्रवाई बेहद कम नजर आती है। जहाँ कभी निर्मल जलधारा बहती थी, वहाँ अब भारी मशीनों की गड़गड़ाहट सुनाई देती है। नदी का स्वरूप बदल चुका है- पानी गायब है और उसकी जगह जेसीबी, पोकलैंड और डंपरों का कब्ज़ा दिखाई देता है। रेत और बजरी की अंधाधुंध खुदाई ने नदियों को भीतर तक खोखला कर दिया है। कई स्थानों पर नदी का प्राकृतिक प्रवाह खत्म हो चुका है और तल गहरी खाइयों में तब्दील हो गया है। यह बदलाव केवल दृश्य नहीं, बल्कि एक बड़े पर्यावरणीय संकट का संकेत है। नदी किनारों पर कटाव तेजी से बढ़ रहा है, जिससे आसपास के इलाकों और पुलों की सुरक्षा पर खतरा मंडरा रहा है। भू-स्खलन की घटनाओं में भी बढ़ोतरी देखी जा रही है, जो इस असंतुलन का सीधा परिणाम है। सबसे चिंताजनक पहलू यह है कि यह सब कुछ खुलेआम हो रहा है। नियम और कानून कागज़ों तक सीमित हैं, जबकि जमीनी हकीकत में खनन बिना किसी रोक-टोक के जारी है। यह अब केवल अवैध गतिविधि नहीं, बल्कि एक संगठित तंत्र बन चुका है, जिसमें कई स्तरों पर मिलीभगत की आशंका जताई जा रही है। पहाड़ों की नदियाँ केवल पानी का स्रोत नहीं हैं,वे यहाँ की संस्कृति, आस्था और जीवन का आधार हैं। उनका इस तरह से खत्म होना केवल पर्यावरण का नहीं, बल्कि हमारी विरासत का भी नुकसान है। अब सवाल यह है कि क्या हम इस खामोश विनाश को यूँ ही देखते रहेंगे, या इसके खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाएँगे? क्योंकि अगर आज नहीं चेते, तो आने वाले समय में नदियों का अस्तित्व ही संकट में पड़ जाएगा। देवभूमि की इन जीवनदायिनी नदियों को बचाना हम सभी की साझा जिम्मेदारी है।
