Today, I’m taking a little time away. 🤍 My brother passed away yesterday, and today I simply don’t have the emotional energy to be present here as usual. I see your messages and comments, and I feel your love, even if I can’t respond right now. I’m just taking some time to process, grieve, be with my family and my memories of him. Love the ones around you, hug them tight, life is way too short! Thank you for your love, patience, and understanding 🤍🕊️

People will say it’s AI… I’d rather they ask what discipline, self-love, and consistency can do over time. I’m in my 50s. And I truly feel stronger, healthier, and more alive than I ever did in my 20s. Take care of yourself. Believe in yourself. Your future self is watching. 💜✨ Happy Monday gorgeous souls! Love ya 💜

When monks leave their monasteries to walk for peace, it's not symbolic, it's a warning. They don't seek attention. They don't ask for power. They are not trying to convince you to change your religion (and they are been attacked by Christians). They walk only when the world is out of balance. If you see them, offer food and water. They carry nothing but what's given to them. This isn't a protest. It's a prayer in motion. The fact that Buddhist monks are walking for peace in America should make us all pause. This is serious. This is rare. And it matters. They are been walking since October from Texas to Washington. Whatever are your beliefs If They're finally in town, please keep them safe. Why this is not all over social media? This is all the news I want to see! Because what we need right now is PEACE ☮️ 💜💜
