Let’s have a quick anatomy lesson because some of y’all have very strong opinions about bodies you have never actually touched. 😂 Muscle feels hard when it is flexed. When it is relaxed, a muscular body generally feels firm, supported, and very much like a body. Whatever you feel when you touch your own relaxed physique is probably closer to what you would feel touching mine than the concrete statue you have imagined. One gentleman described me perfectly: very muscular without feeling manly, extremely feminine, and super sexy. Precisely. This was last May, shortly after I started my powerlifting journey. I was treated to an amazingly delightful supermodel photoshoot with Kai York, and his work is outstanding. Mallorca, Spain was such a treat. I love Europe. This shoot felt magical. Being out in nature, feeling beautiful, and letting the camera capture my essence was an iconic experience. Now, 18 months later with even more quality gains added to my frame, I need my physique captured again. My body in 2026 is crazy. I’m rocking my best look ever, and it’s beautiful to look back at the magic I’ve created. Mallorca was electrifying. I enjoy all things beautiful and glamorous, and this was such a memorable gift. It’s so pretty out there. Following up on my earlier post out of all the people this year who have said things negative to try to bring down my morale as a human being It's extremely disappointing that a lot of this that I have noticed over an extended period of time is coming from Black men. O. M. G. I was just in the house listening to my house music, minding my business, and then I peeped my curves! 👀🤭 Powerlifting has given me a serious hourglass shape, and I had no idea all of this was coming along like THAT! ⏳🍑 I love that for me! I can’t wait to put on some sexy dresses and heels and show off my curves. How delightful! Y’all need to stretch. Give each area 30 seconds and spend at least five minutes on it every day. If you really want to improve your flexibility, make it ten. My inner thighs and hammies were tight, but my legs feel so much better after that stretch. I’m going to hit them again tonight. I love doing pancakes, especially when somebody’s there to help me ease a little deeper into the stretch. I’ve got straps at home that I use for the same thing, and it feels good. Don’t go a day without stretching. Skip it long enough and you’ll be stiff as hell, especially if you’re not a teenager anymore. We’ve got to keep those hips open and the movement juicy. Stretching is fun. Get your five to ten minutes in. Flex Appeal is a way of life. 😉

I am knocking off this dust! It has been about thirteen weeks since I pulled anything heavy straight off the ground. My right biceps tendon is still recovering from an injury, but 535 pounds felt pretty good today! 💪🏾🔥 Today was about restoring specificity and allowing my body to become reacquainted with pulling heavy weight from the floor. It felt great to perform the movement again. I have the next three weeks to establish my bar path, sharpen my technique, and settle back into my groove. Yaaaay! I am so happy! 🥳 I do not like being injured, so I am grateful to be healing and looking forward to getting back to 100%. I haven't been tight on my bench so I am squeezing all the life out of my meaty back and things are starting to click and my distance traveled is in fact shorter. Yaaaay! Bigger bench for me.
