NOW A TEAM OF AGENTS DOES IT WHILE I SLEEP before, every video was the same manual loop: build the set, record, something moves wrong, start over. a feature took days to write and the video took just as long as it did two years ago. what changed it wasn't teaching a model to "watch" video. it was ceasing to ask it to think in a medium it can't read, and giving it the same job it already does with code: text and config. → I decide the story, and it gets locked into a brief → one agent builds the set (config, not manual clicks) → another records inside the real product, not a mockup → a third reviews with evidence (contact sheets, transcript, timing), not opinion → I only see the final cut and say yes or no I requested five videos the same night and there was no queue: production is a role that gets cloned, not a person you have to wait on. the bottleneck is no longer recording, it's me. and I prefer it that way. link below ;)
