The US unexpectedly invited Russia to a G20 meeting yesterday, causing outrage among European leaders. In response to why they were invited, Trump said "we like getting along with everybody". Except Canada. Or Spain. Or Denmark, Italy, the UK, most of Europe, South Korea...🧐

Russia's fuel crisis is bad, and every indication is that it will keep getting worse. Once a major fuel exporter, Russia has now become an importer that can only produce 70% of the gasoline it needs. And drone sanctions hit more refineries every month. September will be big.💥

The Russian government came up with a new way to generate revenue from their fuel crisis. They are issuing parking tickets en masse to vehicles waiting in line for fuel, because they are in No Parking zones. Expect more No Parking zones to appear shortly. More fuel? Not likely.

Sunday: Putin establishes a task force to stabilize fuel supplies in Russia. Monday: The Duma says fuel supplies won't stabilize, and Russians should get used to fuel restrictions. Seems like almost nobody in Russia believes what Putin is saying anymore, not even the Duma. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Putin's war has wiped out almost 25 years of progress in the Russian oil industry. Due to Ukrainian drone sanctions, refining output has dropped to its lowest level since May 2002. And it will keep getting worse. The road to victory is lit with oil lamps.🔥

🛑 Russia's largest grain export port, in Novorossiysk, has suspended operations entirely. Rail traffic to the port has been suspended as well, meaning this won't be resolved soon. The blockade of Russian ports on the Black Sea will continue until Putin ends his war.
