Sa’luk’s death in Aladdin and the King of Thieves. It’s one of the most brutal Disney villain deaths; right up there with the likes of Judge Doom, Scar, Frollo, Clayton, Syndrome and Dr. Facilier.

To be fair, Woody’s act of kindness paid off when the aliens saved him and the rest of the gang from being incinerated. Lotso’s petty act of revenge, on the other hand, cost him... BIG TIME.
