This joke completely flew over my head as a kid. Watching it as an adult, you finally realize Woody is desperately trying not to call Buzz Lightyear something a lot less polite than “toy.”

“Well, somebody better be dying!” “I’m dying.” That exchange is one of the funniest examples of how Shrek the Third uses timing to land a joke.

I love how Charlotte “Lottie” La Bouff rejected Travis. She was blunt and harsh, but not mean-spirited. She was being genuine and honest.

With their victory in the 2026 NBA Finals, the New York Knicks have finally beaten the joke used in Madagascar!

“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.” - Master Oogway, Kung Fu Panda

To have Casey Kasem’s final words in a Scooby-Doo production expressing pride in Shaggy Rogers is heartwarming.

Watching Space Jam as a kid, I originally thought that was a reference to Men in Black (MIB). I never knew that was actually a reference to Pulp Fiction.

This Netflix joke from SCOOB! has aged well.

“What kind of performance do you call that? You made me sound like a total space cadet, man.” “I'm sorry you feel that way. I was trying to be real to your character.”

This is a brilliant use of Mister Mxyzptlk… the 5th dimensional imp of Superman fame. Different animation styles and all.

DuckTales, who knew?

Mike, you said “go throw up.” The line was “go grow up.”

I need everyone to post their favorite Nickelodeon clips I'll start:

Battle Beast: FINALLY! Thragg: No.

The Simpsons predicted J.K. Rowling’s true colors before they were revealed to the world.

They should’ve kept this scene in Nimona.

Yzma’s evil, but fair.

“Enjoy the attention while it lasts boys. After you lose... no one will remember you.” “Maybe, but when you lose... no one will let you forget it.”

It's against Da Rules. Wishing for money is counterfeiting, which is bad. Wanda pointed that out to Timmy Turner when he wanted to wish for $1,500 to buy tickets for “Crash Nebula on Ice.”

Kida speaks dozens of languages, Mole. “Dirty language” just isn’t one of them. One of the funniest exchanges in Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

Bonnie didn’t break Andy's promise, she just wasn’t Andy. Once she inherited all of his toys, her interests naturally changed, and Jessie became her favorite. Kids outgrow and rotate favorite toys all the time. Bonnie was acting like a real child.

He’s a good father.

During the confrontation, Woody could’ve pointed out one key detail: Daisy didn’t replace Lotso, her parents did. But knowing Lotso, it probably wouldn’t have mattered. By that point, he was too consumed by bitterness to listen or care.

Everyone should have a friend like Charlotte “Lottie” LaBouff.

“That missile is targeted to the giant’s current position! WHERE’S THE GIANT, MANSLEY?” “Oooh...”

“You just gave up the Piston Cup, you know that?” “Ah, this grumpy old race car I know once told me something, it's just an empty cup.”

“You can't imagine. And I, for one, can't wait to watch.” “What did you say your name was?” “Doctor Olivia Octavius.”

“KEVIN! YOU SPENT $967 ON ROOM SERVICE?!” Adjusting for inflation (as of 2024), Kevin McCallister spent the 1992 equivalent of $2,175.67 dollars on room service alone.

“Oh man! I can't be late on the first day!” Proceeds to miss the entire year.

“I FORBID YOU TO TAKE ANOTHER STEP DOWN THESE STAIRS!” “Okay.”

I love that Kermit the Frog got the biggest applause out of everyone unmasked on “The Masked Singer”.

The ending of Lilo and Stitch is so good.

One of the craziest beatdowns I have ever seen.

“Hey, guys? I never said how we were going to split up.” “Like, do we ever do it any other way?”

“YOU TELL ME WHERE MY SUIT IS, WOMAN! WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE GREATER GOOD!” “GREATER GOOD?! I AM YOUR WIFE! I’M THE GREATEST GOOD YOU ARE EVER GONNA GET!”

The Wolf that was after Puss in Boots the whole time wasn’t some skilled bounty hunter… but Death (The Grim Reaper) himself. His voice actor (Wagner Moura) really nailed how disgusted he was at our “fearless hero” for carelessly wasting his previous lives.

Flint Lockwood discovers snowball fights.

Benson exploding at Mordecai and Rigby. His voice actor (Sam Marin) severely damaged his vocal cords but also got a migraine from his performance.

Inside Out 2 showed exactly why you can’t let anxiety take over, no pun intended. Its depiction of a panic attack was surprisingly realistic and one of the film’s most powerful moments.

The saddest thing about Despicable Me 4 is that the ending is easily the best part of the movie. When the strongest moment comes in the final minutes, you can’t help but wish the rest of the film had been on that level.
