Those two conversations are not the same thing. Pretending there is zero xenophobia while videos circulate daily is exactly why the situation keeps getting worse. Some people now openly wear anti-foreigner behavior like a badge of honor and nobody wants to confront it honestly. South Africa needs truthful conversations, not PR statements.
