Update on the Alberta Government's $55.8 million Caribou Habitat Recovery Program to plant five million trees, restore legacy seismic lines, and support long-term woodland caribou recovery across 15 ranges by 2030. I went back to our hunting camp last week, to see what additional damage the government had done during the previous winter, as a result of this program. I was devastated by what we found. What a monumental fuck-up and waste of money.

I met a real "Most Alberta Woman" yesterday in Cremona. Her name is Alana Miller. She and her husband are cattle ranchers. She showed up in her SUV, with a small child in the back seat. She was still wearing her work clothes. She was in a mild panic. "Did I miss it? Are you guys closed?" She desperately wanted to sign the petition. She came prepared with 5 documents to prove her identity and her physical address. Everyone there was taken aback by her smile and enthusiasm. She is the future of Alberta, and we all knew it. I asked her if I coud film her, and I'm so glad she agreed.

The mass psychosis that swept the land during the last 5 years wasn't limited to COVID. This scene was recorded in August 2020. A Black Lives Matter protest confronted White diners at a D.C. restaurants, chanting “White silence is violence!” and demanding White diners show their solidarity. If you survived the coercion of the last 5 years, especially by not getting vaccinate, congratulations, you have an actual moral backbone.

You will not lose your Canadian passport in an independent Alberta. That's just pure fear-mongering by the "stay" side because they have no other argument. All they have is fear and nostalgia (for a Canada that basically no longer exists). Canada has fully recognized dual citizenship since 1977. There is no requirement to renounce Canadian citizenship when acquiring another. A Canadian-born person does not lose their citizenship simply because their province leaves Confederation. Canadian law protects citizenship by birth on Canadian soil. Most Albertans have deep family, cultural, and economic connections across Canada. None of those ties will be broken because of independence.

If you haven’t watched it, I recommend you watch Landman. It's a great series about the Texas oil patch created by Taylor Sheridan, the producer of Yellowstone. I love how Americans celebrate their oil industry instead of trying to destroy it, like we do here in Canada. Billy Bob Thornton was born for the role of landman, Tommy Norris. Here he drops a whole bunch of truth bombs about wind energy, and the fact that we have no choice but to keep producing oil. The patch was extremally good to me, and I'm happy that a second generation of my family is going into it as well. You want to put us out of business, stop buying oil, I'm not worried, you won't stop.

This is not quite as epic as Jordan Peterson schooling Cathy Newman in 2018, but it's right up there. Jeff Rath delivers a master class on how to deal with an aggressive journalist. He was on fire, absolutely quick on his feet. That's because he's true to his convictions, and isn't juggling lies in his head. The bit about being a Queen on the chess board was brilliant.

I'll just post the whole video. This lady came to harass us. The video starts when Karen was asking her to be respectful. I started filming, because the sight of a camera usually gets them to back off. She ripped my shirt while trying to grab my phone. I'm used to filming. I'm loud because it was super windy, and I wanted to make sure my voice was recorded. I was also pissed that she ripped my shirt. 1/
