The crunch of snow underfoot, the crackling sound of firewood in the stove, and the scent of pine created an atmosphere I didn’t want to leave. Harvesting Water from Leaves 🍃💦 #camping #survival #bushcraft #outdoors Leaves of trees are excellent at releasing moisture. By placing a bag over a branch with leaves and attaching a straw to one corner for drainage, you can create a reusable water source. Important to note: • The setup must be as airtight as possible. • Different trees release varying amounts of moisture. • According to my observations and experiments, leaves produce less water by the third day. Give this method a try, and you’ll be amazed at how much water leaves can provide!

Making fire from wire 🔥⚡️ #camping #survival #bushcraft #outdoors #lifehack For best results, use wire that is at least 2mm thick, as thinner wire cools down too quickly and won't ignite the tinder effectively. 1. Begin by slowly heating the wire with controlled movements. 2. Once you see the first signs of smoke, you can increase the speed. 3. Be cautious: the wire can snap unexpectedly, and it will be very hot. Remember to always exercise caution and safety when working with hot materials. Enjoy your outdoor adventures!
