Heroes go out and change things for themselves and their families. Then you have villains. Gary is a villain. Villains suffer adversity and look for someone to blame. What makes Gary even more villainous is how he benefits from all the attention. Even though, as history also shows us, his “ideas” will not alleviate the adversity of those in Ilford and elsewhere. On the contrary, it will put more people into adversity. But Gary knows this very well, because lots of intelligent and successful people keep telling him what his “ideas” will lead to.
