Grew up with England losing in heartbreaking fashion at major tournaments - West Germany in 1990, Germany in 96, Argentina in 98, Portugal in 2004 and 2006 - and often failing to progress to the semifinals. First Southgate and now Tuchel have brought consistency to the practice of going deep in competitions. We may not be exciting, but in Bellingham and Kane we have the players for the big moments. We should enjoy every second of it.
