For everyone complaining that this is slow, I ran the prompt 'make it faster, without losing quality', and voila:

Claude Fable can run autonomously for days. This is the single highest-leverage prompt I use to stay on top of it: "Spin up a persistent HTML page. As you work, append clear, timestamped updates with screenshots/media so I can follow along." Literally a 10x better experience.

Ok so I got access to Seedream 2.0 and... it's a huge step up. But to balance expecations, the quality isn't quite at the level I'm seeing in some of these promo vids. Don't get me wrong, this is MUCH better than existing models. But it's not Hollywood-level (yet). 2 months?

GPT-5.6-Sol one-shotted this voxel-based Manhattan. Just look at the precision... it's insane. It ran for almost a week, completely autonomously, to get the job done.

Fable has solved 3D worldbuilding... utterly insane. This is all completely custom-built ThreeJs, running in the browser.

Opus 5 enables this crazy new live AI tutor concept I'm prototyping for @AlphaSchool. It powers chat + direction under the hood, while a custom trained tiny world model(ish) acts as a real-time renderer and interactivity layer. Still rough, but it's already kind of insane.
