A violent hailstorm pelted parts of Mt Pleasant and Greencroft in Harare today. What's happening with our climate? The hailstorm might not have been as bad as the one that affected Masvingo recently but it was violent.

General Chiwenga's cryptic message at the burial of Mrs Callista Chimhini, the sister of Lt Gen Sanyatwe, drew me back to 1995 when Paul Matavire released Gwagugwa negugwe. In the song, Matavire laments the recklessness the persona in the song persued life and happiness, dating married women resulting in an inexplicable and incurable ailment that earned him a bulging tummy. Gen Chiwenga treaded on the same message and warning, imploring his audience, which might not have been at the burial, not to exercise the same foolishness and recklessness in pursuit on life's many glittering entrapments like political power. The imagery of sitting on a spear while playing a drum using an axe depicts some reckless moronic act that has the inexorable effect of cutting short political and mortal existence. That was the General's message, a warning to those cuddled in the infamy of invincibility while clutching to ephemeral levers of power. The result is always forced abortion, be it of the the journey to Gweru, or the journey to 2030. Gwendo gweGweru gunogugwa negugwe! Anenzeve dzokunzwa ngaanzwe! #2030EDAnegeAsipo #Ngazvitenderere

VP Chiwenga draws the Zanu-PF Conference delegates to the emotional connection between the sacrificies of the liberation war heroes and the realities of the lived Zimbabwean life today. He reminds the people that the wartime sacrifices were meant to build a Zimbabwe for all failure of which, like what was happening pre-November 2017, there would be need to change republics. He rhetorically asks delegates whether we haven't gone back to the pre-November 2017 era, where criminals were surrounding the President. He retorted, "Chii chakaita kuti second republic ivepo? Kwaive kugadzirisa zvakaipa zvanga zvichiitika kumashure. Hatisi takudzokorora here zvatakambotadza? Ndomubvunzo watofanira kuzvibvunza." Loosely translated, he said ( What brought about the Second Republic? It was a bid to arrest the rot that was happening but the question now is, are we not repeating the same ills? That's the question we should ask ourselves) VP Chiwenga further urges Zanu-PF leadership to ask itself what he calls "brutal questions, which entail interrogating conference resolutions to ascertain whether they're truly coming from the PEOPLE. Clearly, VP Chiwenga is convinced that we now have criminals running the state, the same accusations that were labeled on President Mugabe which prompted the military intervention in Nov 2017. The question now is, if we are back to where we were pre-Novomber 2017, what needs to be done? Has Chiwenga thrown down the gauntlet? Is he about to throw in the kitchen sink? We might not have answers but what is clear is that there is palpable disharmony in Zanu-PF and very soon, something will give.

Chiwenga subtly questions President of Zimbabwe recent appointments of so-called "young blood" to both government and party structures like the Central Committee and Politburo. Chiwenga said, "while change is inevitable, it must be orderly" and "anchored in our party structures and guided by our constitution." Clearly, Chiwenga was taking a dig at ED's appointments, which have been benefitting the President's cronies, particularly his corrupt business associates now derogatorily known as "Zvigananda." ED hasn't been following party or national constitutions in creating and appointing Zvigananda to different positions. We have seen a galaxy of so-called "presidential advisors" who are appointed by ED and imminently become obscenely monied and infamous for splashing their largesse with tone-deaf arrogance, childishness and outright stupidity. VP Chiwenga further reminded President Mnangagwa of the need for ensuring Zanu-PF pursues the "Gutsaruzhinji" ideology and reminded him of his Nov 2017 dictum that "the voice of the people is the voice of God." This is the dictum that ED ran with shortly after grabbing power from former President, Robert Gabriel Mugabe. VP Chiwenga implored ED to consider his legacy and reminded him that the current leadership of Zanu-PF "are merely temporary custodians" of the party because their "time on earth is finite." Chiwenga reminded Mnangagwa of the honor of respecting one's own words. This is something ED has completely forgotten, overlooked or entirely disregarded. ED has, on countless occasions, come out insisting that he is a constitutionalist who was prepared to relinquish power in 2028 when his constitutional second term expired but, in practice, he has shown that he is an enemy of constitutionalism by mutilating the constitution of the republic to give himself illegal extra tenure in office. Chiwenga warned Mnangagwa that "the younger generation is watching" his "conduct with sharp attention." He implored that the the party's leadership should be true to its words and keeps its promises of leading by hearkenig to the "voice of the people." He said leadership's "words must find full expressions" in actions, "placing service above personal ambition" and that a leader must "strive to leave Zanu-PF stronger" than they found it. Chiwenga's speech read like a final warning to a dear comrade who has gone rogue. It sounded like what musician Leonard Zhakata sang about when he says "zvawadai wakura, chirega ndikupewo ndikupewo chirairo chekuguma" nokuti "kufa hakuna gumi ramazuva mwanangu."

I have read your very long and meaningless response Mr Mutebuka. I always wanted to engage, especially on political debates that foreground national questions, but I have discovered, in my research on what you do and how you conduct yourself, even in the courts where you work, that you have a propensity for substituting clarity and structured thought with unnuanced rumblings to waste time. I have also discovered that you mistake length for substance in most of your engagements. That is the reason why I had blocked you. I simply wanted to save my time after realising that most of your submissions are usually very verbose high-sounding nonsense. At least I am not the only one who discovered such shortcomings in your discursive engagements. Judge Lucy Shepherd, someone you know very well, also registered disquiet over your penchant for making lengthy, irrelevant speeches just to waste time. She wrote, in one of her judgements, “The parties had been ordered to agree and provide a strict timetable for the second part of the hearing…..When the Employment Judge attempted to move matters forward, assist with appropriate questions, and manage the hearing Mr Mutebuka made lengthy speeches about bias, bullying and diversity which were not relevant and caused further delay.” It is in your nature, Mr Mutebuka, to make lengthy meaningless rumbles whenever you have nothing substantial to say. I was tempted to say you are a bat of esoteric erudition; but realised you are just a distracted preacher of political hogwash ministering to the vanity of an equally vacuous waning politician. That is the reason I didn’t want to engage you. But seeing that you want to be an undertaker to the democratic efforts being put in place to resist Constitutional Amendment Bill 3 through your unwarranted attacks on people like TENDAI BITI and others, I have chosen to engage you with the hope you will see the folly of what you are doing. I want you to see, Mr Mutebuka, that in supporting a regime enabler in nelson chamisa, you are aiding Emmerson Mnangagwa to achieve a term extension from whence Chamisa would benefit the post of Prime Minister in 2030. The truth, Mr Mutebuka, is that nelson chamisa initiated talks with Mnangagwa, seeking to become Prime Minister without MPs after Douglas Mwonzora had taken control of the MDC-A party. He was afraid of being seen at State House, so he asked Hopewell Chin’ono Hopewell Chin’ono to act as his emissary. Chamisa and the First Lady’s aide, Benson Muneri, met to kick-start the negotiations at Chin’ono’s house in Chisipite Harare. These meetings were once written about here on X by George Charamba Jamwanda, and people rubbished him because they could not believe that Chamisa could be selfish to an extent of seeking to initiate talks with Mnangagwa’s regime, not for national good, but for personal benefit. I have attached herein, an audio recording in which you can hear Chamisa telling the First Lady’s emissary that he no-longer wanted a go-between in his negotiations. This is when he decided to drop Hopewell Chin’ono from the negotiations because Hopwell, unbeknown to Chamisa, had engaged the late Dr Alex Magaisa to draft a proper framework for negotiations for a government of national unity, not just a personal deal for Chamisa. Those are the papers he says he didn’t want. In the audio I have attached here, you can hear him saying “Nyaya yandisingadi ndeye matsamba nechii chii, zvinhu zvinozokonzera manewspapers.” Clearly, Chamisa wanted some secret deal that wasn’t supposed to come out in the public through newspapers. He didn’t want a paper trail. He didn’t want accountability. The question is why? Some of us have been knowing about this since 2021, but we chose to keep quiet hoping your guy would repent. It was not until you started publishing your treacherous fiction, which I am well aware, came from Chamisa, in an attempt to taint people like Biti, Hopewell and others, that I decided to clarify issues and to expose your guy for who he is-a Mnangagwa project. There is a wealth of evidence, not the fictional stories you are peddling, to prove that Chamisa approached the regime for a personal deal and that he engaged Hopewell to be his go-between. Hopewell even asked Chamisa if he could do this with someone from the CCC party, since he was not a member. Chamisa refused and said he did not want anyone else to know. However, Hopewell informed Dr Alex Magaisa, and they agreed that he should not tell Chamisa that he had shared this, since Chamisa insisted on absolute secrecy. The first meeting took place in November 2021 at State House. Before going there, Hopewell informed his lawyer, a prominent businessman, an economist, and a bank CEO to cover his back, after he had been warned that Chamisa was treacherous. He was driven to meet Ben Muneri at his offices by the well-known economist. Hopewell presented Nelson’s position to the First Lady, who was acting as a go-between between Nelson and the President. Chamisa wanted to be Prime Minister, a position not provided for in the constitution. You can see why he has no problem with the illegal changes to the constitution that Mnangagwa is pushing? It is because they see things the same way. Their personal interests take precedence over constitutional provisions. The second meeting took place in February 2022, just after Chamisa’s CCC large rally at Zimbabwe Grounds. This time, Chamisa had also told Dr Magaisa but misled him by claiming he was the only one aware of the talks. He also misrepresented, to Magaisa, the purpose of the talks. For the second meeting, Hopewell asked Dr Magaisa to draft a proposal, since Chamisa had provided none. Dr Magaisa produced what he termed a pre- and post-election pact, which rejected Chamisa’s desire to become Prime Minister before the 2023 elections. It called for an agreement on non-violence and proposed that any Government of National Unity could only be based on the outcome of the 2023 elections. When Chamisa discovered that his ambition to become Prime Minister had been blocked by the position paper that Dr Magaisa had given Hopewell, on the basis that a GNU could not be formed while Mwonzora controlled Parliament, he then dropped Hopewell. He instructed the First Lady’s emissary to cut Hopewell out and said he no longer wanted him involved. The evidence is contained in the audio below. The opposition and Zimbabwe were saved by Dr Magaisa, who wrote the paper that Hopewell presented, blocking Chamisa’s Prime Ministerial deal with Mnangagwa. It was a personal deal, that is why he wanted to go it alone in the negotiations. Today, he is silent on 2030 because he has been promised the same position of Prime Minister if 2030 goes through. He is currently in America, but he will be back for Easter Holidays to cause more confusion. As long as you continue publishing your fiction and trying to sow confusion among those fighting Constitutional Amendment Bill3, I will come here with more damning audios about Chamisa and how he wants to derail the people’s fight against 2030, the same way he did to Geza’s calls to fight ED. I know the person who caused the decay. The person whose wife stole the whole of Natpham masquerading as a health ambassador is the one responsible for the decay we see today. The orchestrator of Draxgate, who is in state house today around the president, is hugely to blame for the collapse of our Healthcare system. She, and her accomplices are responsible for the sudden drying up of medicines in government and former mission hospitals. The running of Mission hospitals was taken over by the cartel. Natpham, as we speak today, is only supplying donated condoms and family planning tablets to government and former mission hospitals. Our hospitals are now involved in a very sad population reduction matrix in which they're central to ensuring that every person admitted to these centres dies and that no new babies are born, hence the central role in distribution of contraceptives. There hasn't been any deliveries of any kind of sensible medication throughout all the government hospitals for the past 8 months, only donated family planning tablets and condoms. No bandages, no painkillers, nothing! Our population as a country is going to go down drastically in the next 5 years through deaths that aren't matched with our procreation rate. The situation is made worse by the drug scourge being facilitated by the same cartel. Our youngsters are too drugged to procreate. It's a national disaster! That's the work of the Draxgate kingpins. They're looting the telecommunications health tax, the sugar tax and all other taxes collected every month in the name of Healthcare. There is no investment towards the health of the nation. They pocket $50 000 a day from one roadside ambulance. That's a cool $1.5 million per month from just one ambulance parked along highways to wait for accidents to happen. The irony is that the $50k a day ambulances are waiting to pick up accident victims to hospitals without even bandages. The victims bleed to death in a $50k hired ambulance. Some die as soon as they get to these hospitals crying out for painkillers. I know the people who have killed the Healthcare system in my country. They're criminals surrounding the President, right from his bedroom to his private office in Borrowdale. I am not as naive as you are. I won't blame a Vice President for non-delivery of a government with an executive President. ED is responsible for all the collapse we see in our health delivery system, in our education and in the economy. It's him and the criminals around him starting from his bedroom right up to the bedrooms of his children. It is that kind of mess that need to be swept aside and Gen Chiwenga has a huge role to play in cleaning this decay.

Cde, you might be innocently doing your bidding for your guy nelson chamisa, which is good, he needs your support, but do so based on accurate information. If he is sending you to attack and besmirch real and perceived political opponents, it is imperative you ask him to give you accurate accounts of some of the things you are using to attack his political foes. I want to correct you on one thing you mentioned in your X post that I have quoted herein for easy of reference. Those who have "reliably informed" you that "Hopewell also has a very close relationship with ED's wife, the First Lady", should have told you the genesis of that relationship. As you put it, "Hopewell ALSO has a close relationship with ED's wife", did you take time to ask who else has the same relationship with ED's wife? If your source was as reliable as you are claiming here, he/she should have told you that your guy, nelson chamisa, ALSO "has a close relationship with ED's wife, the First Lady." Chamisa is the one who introduced Hopewell to Auxillia Mnangagwa. I will give you the details and pictures of the meeting which started the purported relationship you are going to town about. Chamisa organized a meeting for him to meet with Benson Muneri, Auxillia Mnangagwa's aide, and requested Hopewell to host the meeting at his house in Chisipite, Harare. At the meeting, your guy, nelson chamisa, asked Hopewell to go and meet Auxillia, on his behalf, for a political deal. Anyway, I will not delve into details about the deal but suffice to say your guy is very liquid as we speak. Two months ago, he drove to some farm in Mashonaland West with $1 million cash in his car intending to pay for the farm. The owner was scared of handling such a huge amount of cash. He instructed your guy to deposit the money with his lawyer in Harare. That's where things became interesting. It turned out the seller's lawyer is an old human rights lawyer known to Chamisa through years of interaction in the democratic struggle. Chamisa, fearing that his little secret, that he is keeping millions of dollars in cash, chickened out of the deal the moment he learnt the seller's lawyer was this renowned female human rights lawyer. So, that's your guy, he is keeping millions of dollars in cash like he is one of the Zvigananda. So when you talk about people with "a relationship with ED's wife", remember, your guy has a very strong one with the same First Lady. They call each other brother and sister because they're both of the Moyo totem but the relationship sometimes turns to amaiguru-bamunini when ethnic Karanga politics is invoked. Saka kupotsera dope, rimwe rinosara muruoko my brother.

Former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew said, "Once a political system has been corrupted right from the top, from the very, very top, to the lowest ranks of the beaurecracy, the problem is almost impossible to solve without a revolution." That's the situation we now have in Zimbabwe. We have a system that is rotten from right at the top. The office of the president has become the epicenter of unscrupulous deals. The theater of sleeze, corruption, debauchery and plunder. It moves everything from tenders, smuggling of minerals to even narcotics. Those around it involve themselves in all manner of reckless expenditures, some that even the most notorius drug dealers the world has ever known would frown on. That situation, Lee Kuan Yew says, "is almost impossible to solve without a revolution." Fellow Zimbabweans, we need a revolution. We need a complete overhaul of the system and our revolution needs dedicated leadership with the will of the people at heart. There is no way we can change our situation without a change of guard and ethos at the highest level of our beaurecracy. We need to rid the highest office of greed, selfishness and a penchant for theft and primitive accumulation of wealth. We need a new crop of leadership which knows that the presidency is about serving the people not an emperial office in which the occupant feasts on behalf of the people. The president is not a demi-god that exists to be worshipped or a drug kingpin, an El Chapo, or Columbian Pablo, who exists to plunder national resources and erodes the country's cultural and moral Fibre. Pasi nembavha dzirikuba hupfumi hwenyika vanhu vachitambura zvekusvika kufira mumvura vachitsvaga raramo! Pasi nevanochapfanya mafuta ayo nyika ruzhinji ruchinhonga svosve nemuromo! We can't have a country where those close to the President afford to splash money, tens of millions of dollars on concubines and prostitutes when hospitals don't have basic things like bandages and painkillers. If those that we elected to lead the country to prosperity become the very nuisance variables responsible for our suffering, then the words of Lee Kuan Yew become even more sonorous in our ears-"it is almost impossible to solve the problem without a revolution." Pamberi neChimurenga!
