Houston, TX — Last night, shortly after 11 PM, a semi-truck pulling an Amazon trailer ran a red light, hit a sedan & killed one person. Passenger of the sedan was ejected & died at the scene. Truck driver swears the light was yellow, but the dash cam said otherwise. Certainly red.

You will see families that are now without their primary source of income because the driver was brought to America, given minimal, if any, driver training, then had a tragic accident.

According to Mr. Hank Johnson Jr., the requirement that truck drivers speak/read English "has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with shutting out qualified drivers." He refers to Delilah's Law as an "Anti-worker bill." I am anti-push American truck drivers and companies out of the industry, while bending over backwards to make sure the industry is flooded with foreign companies and unqualified slave labor!!!!
