ಯುವ ಮನಸುಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಬಸವನಾಡಿನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕುರಿತ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂವಾದ... ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಭೇಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜಯಪುರದ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು, ನೀರಾವರಿ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಸುದೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದೆ. 2013- 2018ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾನು ಜಲಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಸಚಿವನಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪರಿಸರ ಕಾಳಜಿಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾದ 'ಕೋಟಿ ವೃಕ್ಷ ಅಭಿಯಾನ' ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸಂಗತಿಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಅವರು ತೋರಿದ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಕುತೂಹಲ ನನಗೆ ಸಂತಸ ತಂದಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ, ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ... ಈ ಸಂವಾದದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ವೀಡಿಯೊವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು- ಪುಣೆ-ಮುಂಬೈ ಹೈಸ್ಪೀಡ್ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ಗೆ ಜನಾಂದೋಲನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಹೈಸ್ಪೀಡ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮುಂಬೈ-ಪುಣೆ-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್. ಇದರ ಮಹತ್ವ ಅರಿಯದೆ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೂರಕ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸೂಕ್ತ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಮಧ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಂಸದರು, ಸಚಿವರು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಜನಾಂದೋಲನ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. #UnionBudget2026

ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಜಮೀನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಿಂಚು ಕೂಡ ಯಾರ ವಶವೂ ಆಗಲು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ! ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ತಿಕೋಟಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಹೊನವಾಡ ಗ್ರಾಮದ 10 ಸರ್ವೇ ನಂಬರುಗಳ 11 ಎಕರೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಕ್ಫ್ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಗೆಜೆಟ್ ನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಷನ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಎಕರೆ 14 ಗುಂಟೆ ಖಬರಸ್ತಾನ ಇದೆ. ಉಳಿದದ್ದು ಈದ್ಗಾ, ಮಸೀದಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳಿವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ರೈತರ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಜಮೀನು ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಜರತ್ ಪೀರ ದಸ್ತಿಗೀರ ಸಾಬ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ ಚಿಂಗ್ ಸಿಯಾ ತಖಿಯಾ ದರ್ಗಾ ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಮಹಾಲಬಾಗಯತ ಸೇರಿದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಳಗಡೆ ತಪ್ಪಾಗಿ ಹೊನವಾಡ ಎಂದು ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಇದು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಯಾವ ರೈತರಿಗೂ ವಕ್ಫ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೋಟಿಸಗಳು ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ವಕ್ಫ್ ಆಸ್ತಿ ನೋಟಿಸು ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ದೂರುಗಳಿದ್ದು, ವಕ್ಫ್ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಲಕುಂಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಇಂಚು ರೈತರ ಜಾಗವು ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ, ಆಧಾರ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ವಕ್ಫ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಎಂದು ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸದ ಶ್ರೀ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಅವರಾಗಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರಾಗಲಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಗೊಂದಲ, ಆತಂಕ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡ. Karnataka Deserves Fair Treatment in Airport Upgrades We have no objection to Madurai being declared an international airport, and we welcome its progress. However, Karnataka had already submitted proposals in June 2025 to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the Hon’ble Civil Aviation Minister seeking international status for Belagavi and Hubballi airports. Copies were also shared with Union Minister Shri Prahlad Joshi and Shri Jagadish Shettar, MP. If Madurai can be considered, Karnataka’s long-pending demand must also be addressed on merit and without delay. Ignoring Belagavi and Hubballi while moving ahead elsewhere amounts to step-motherly treatment towards Karnataka, which is not acceptable. I urge Shri Prahlad Joshi, Shri Jagadish Shettar and Shri Basavaraj Bommai to intervene and ensure that at least one of these airports is granted international status at the earliest. Kennedy ನಿರಂತರ ಸಭೆಗಳು - ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಚರ್ಚೆ - ಒತ್ತಾಯದ ಫಲ : ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ರೈಲು ಸಂಚಾರ ಆರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಮುನ್ನುಡಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-ವಿಜಯಪುರ ನಡುವಿನ ರೈಲು ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ 14-15 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಎರಡೂ ನಗರಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಓಡಾಡುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಮಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು 10 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಲು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಸಚಿವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಲವು ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ, ಗದಗ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ರೈಲು ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೂ ಮನವಿ ನೀಡಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಫಲವೆಂಬಂತೆ 2 ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-ವಿಜಯಪುರದ ನಡುವೆ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ-ಗದಗ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ರೈಲು ಓಡಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ - ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಅವಧಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಸಂತಸದ ವಿಷಯ. ನಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಭೆಗಳು: • 2024 ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 15 : ನೈರುತ್ಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ • 2024 ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 9 : ಕೇಂದ್ರ ರೈಲ್ವೆ (ರಾಜ್ಯ ಖಾತೆ) ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿ. ಸೋಮಣ್ಣ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಭೆ • 2025 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 16, ಮೇ 31, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 3 : ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಸಭೆಗಳು V. The Hon’ble German Federal Chancellor’s visit was entirely a private, pre-scheduled programme, limited to visits to Bosch and IISc, with no official talks with the State Government. In such a situation, the question of the Chief Minister or Ministers formally receiving him does not arise - had there been any government-level engagements, the Hon’ble Chief Minister himself would have led the reception. Nevertheless, as instructed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, and in keeping with protocol and the dignity of Karnataka, a formal welcome and see-off were extended. Karnataka Demands Fiscal Justice in Union Budget For every ₹100 Karnataka contributes in taxes, we receive back less than ₹15. This is unsustainable. In this Union Budget, we demand fiscal justice. Tax devolution must be increased to ₹40–₹50 to ensure states can truly develop. We are not asking for charity; we are asking for our fair share. The Centre must stop neglecting Southern states. From the ₹5,600 crore promised for Upper Bhadra to declaring UKP Stage 3 a national project with ₹50,000 crore in funding, our vital irrigation and infrastructure projects, such as the Bengaluru Metro and Suburban Railway, require urgent support. Karnataka has lost approximately ₹75,000 crore between the 14th and 15th Finance Commissions. Furthermore, diverting semiconductor industries away from our state through Central incentives undermines the national tech ecosystem. It is time for a budget that strengthens states rather than dividing them. #UnionBudget2026
