🚨‼️ The man accused of shoving another man off a boat dock in Ruskin, Florida in 2024 and throwing his body into the water was found guilty on Wednesday. A jury found 52-year-old Kamal Padlowski guilty of one count of murder after a brief trial that took place over the span of three days. The family of the victim, Melvin Jimenez, was in court. Padlowski also took the stand during trial. “All the things he was saying was just total lies. And to try to go after my husband’s character that way is just so awful,” said the victims wife, Angela. On Wednesday, following the jury’s decision, a judge revoked bond for Padlowski and adjudicated him guilty. Sentencing has been scheduled for Aug. 17 at 2 p.m., with post trial motions to be heard at that time. He faces up to life in prison.

🚨‼️ An 8years old girl was left paralyzed after being shot 💥🔫 by a stray bullet, while she played with her friends. This incident occurred in Prince William county, Virginia, in the gatehouse terrace, Woodbridge. At about 7.00pm that day, a group of kids while playing, observed about 4 men 🥷 walking together on the other side of the street in all black, some on ski mask 😷 and made a comment about “gangsters”, not knowing that Cul-de-Sac that is supposed to be a safe space is about to be a nightmare for them. Police believe the men might have had a beef with a man seating in a vehicle nearby, and one of the suspicious characters 💥💥🔫 shot indiscriminately at the vehicle and an 8 years old girl playing with her friends was hit by a stray bullet.

🚨‼️ New video released on Wednesday shows the police shooting 💥💥🔫 death of a 15-year-old Santa Ana boy named Jayden Michaca, who, according to his family, was suffering from a mental health crisis, while holding a knife 🔪 and stabbing a relative. The shooting 💥🔫 occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on June 14 in the 3400 block of South Main Street. The person who called 911, a 53-year-old man, said he was stabbed 🔪 by his girlfriend’s son, who had a knife. The body camera video shows police opening fire on Jayden Michaca after telling him several times to drop the weapon. The family is suing the PD for gross negligence for not being able to accommodate a mentally challenged individual adequately. 🤷🏽♂️

🚨‼️ Four teenagers ages 14 to 19, all from the suburbs, are dead ☠️ in Chicago, after the pickup truck they were joyriding in fled from the police three times early Sunday and launched off a Southwest Side viaduct in Chicago. According to radio traffic, the encounters started about 90 minutes earlier in Morgan Park. Officers reported that someone in a Chevy pickup pointed a rifle 🤦♂️ at them near 112th and Bishop around 12:44 a.m. The driver sped off and entered inbound I-57. As officers approached Halsted, a supervisor ordered the pursuit called off for safety reasons. Video later shows the truck traveling at extreme speed as it sailed off the overpass, went airborne, and slammed into a stationary railroad boxcar on the tracks below. All four occupants were killed ☠️ .

No charges are being filed in connection with a fatal shooting in Walnut Hills Tuesday. On Tuesday evening, police identified the shooting 💥🔫 victim as 47-year-old Gregory Taylor-Tolliver. The man who fired shots was also reportedly taken to the hospital afterwards for gunshot wounds.
