I don't wanna be known as the tiktok filter guy, but ICYMI after attacking GenX w teenage filter, tiktok just dropped a new filter to take out Millennials & GenZ. "Beauty filters" are not new, but the precision on this is beyond uncanny. This is psychological warfare & pure evil.

My babies are getting so smart, it's freaking me out. I was looking forward to using GA or bayesian optimisation to find a sweet set of parameters, but hand-tuning is giving scarily good results. I cant stop watching! (No global coordinator, all acting entirely on local cues)

Can you believe it's been SIX YEARS since my AI-powered realtime interactive prototype for experimental filmmaking with digital puppetry. And it seems this is now becoming "a thing"!, even a genre. Am I surprised? Tbh I am a little surprised that it took this long! 😅🤷‍♂️
