A father gently rocks the small coffin of his one-year-old son. Kamal is the only survivor of a Russian missile strike on his apartment. In just one moment, he lost his wife and two young children. Overall, 33 people were killed in this Russia’s attack on Ternopil on November 19. Russia is waging its war at an unbearable human cost. Its atrocities must be put to an end.

These are the hands of people killed by Russia – hands their loved ones will never hold again. In Bucha, Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv, Odesa, Kyiv, and across all of Ukraine, Russia kills for one reason: because they are Ukrainians. Eternal memory to them 🕯️ Those who fire ballistic missiles at children, torture civilians, and bury their victims in mass graves must be stopped – once and for all. Those who choose war over ceasefire, terror over peace, must face real pressure, real consequences, real decisions from the U.S., Europe and other countries. We count on the world’s strength to force Russia to stop. It’s time to build a just and lasting peace – and never allow this terror to return.

The words of Ukraine’s national poet, Taras Shevchenko, continue to inspire millions. In this video, we hear them through Serhii Nihoyan, one of the first heroes killed during the Revolution of Dignity in 2013–2014, who gave his life for Ukraine’s freedom. Ukrainian soldiers, having deoccupied Balakliia in 2022, read the same words – a timeless call: “Keep fighting – you are sure to win!” Today, we honour those who, in different times, stood up for Ukraine’s freedom, often at the risk of their own lives. Their bravery continues to inspire generations of Ukrainians. Glory to Ukraine!

Ternopil. Kharkiv. Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Donetsk, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Dnipro regions. Today, Russia’s massive attack has left scars across many regions of Ukraine. During the night of November 19, Russia launched more than 470 attack drones and 48 missiles of various types – ballistic and cruise. The key targets of the terrorist state were residential buildings, energy facilities, transport infrastructure, and other civilian and critical objects. At least 9 people were killed in Ternopil. People may still be trapped under the rubble. Dozens of people in the city and other regions were injured, including children. All of this shows that Russia feels unpunished for its war crimes, and therefore continues to escalate its terror. Ukraine urgently needs stronger air defense – first and foremost, missiles, additional systems, expanded capabilities for our combat aviation, and increased drone production to protect lives.

This land carries our history and our future. It shapes who we are. And every part of it is worth defending.

🇺🇦 A man hangs the Ukrainian flag on a damaged balcony in Lviv’s Sykhiv district after Russian drones targeted the city, injuring civilians on March 24 in the middle of the day. While Russia continues to spread terror, Ukrainians affirm dignity. Such acts speak louder than any strike. 📹 Video: Suspilne Lviv

💙💛 The blue and yellow colours of Ukraine’s flag are a daily reminder of our freedom and our fight. It is the flag that flutters over Ukrainian cities and flies in the brave hands of those resisting in temporarily occupied territories. The flag that accompanies our brave defenders on the front lines. The flag that welcomes Ukrainians when they return from Russian captivity. The flag that signals to us: you are home. The flag that shows solidarity with the Ukrainian people worldwide. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes! 🇺🇦 #StandForFreedom #StandWithUkraine

Russian strike killed two people in Zaporizhzhia today and injured 23 more. Among them – six children. One of the residential buildings collapsed. Russian attacks continue to bring death and destruction to Ukrainian cities. Its war machine must be stopped – through sustained international pressure. We call on our partners to continue tightening sanctions against Russia.

Russia continues to target civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. At midday, Russia attacked a city hospital in Kherson. A shell hit one of the wards, damaging the building where patients and staff were inside. Three medical workers, aged 52, 49, and 21, were injured. They sustained concussions and blast injuries and are now receiving medical care. Hospitals are not military targets. Yet, Russia keeps attacking places meant to save lives. Russia must face consequences every time it chooses violence over diplomacy. Strong decisions and increased pressure must be applied to the aggressor immediately.

Russia’s missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure leave cities and villages without light for hours. But Ukrainians don’t let darkness stop them. Instead of silence and fear, other scenes appear: parents lighting up a football pitch so that kids can keep their game going; barbers cutting hair with flashlights; musicians singing on after the lights go out, refusing to let the attack interrupt the moment. These acts reveal a spirit of a country that refuses to pause because of Russian terror. While Russia tries to disrupt normal life, the world must do everything possible to stop Russia's aggression and achieve a just and lasting peace.
