The bodycam footage of Henry Nowak arrest. Feel so conflicted sharing this. It is utterly horrific. But I also know how much the truth matters. Henry could barely move. He wasn’t a threat to anyone. He was repeatedly saying he couldn’t breathe. Repeatedly saying he had been stabbed…He was visually fading away. Instead of immediate and urgent care upon seeing Henry, the response was to prioritise cuffs…because of spurious claims made by others. How can individuals behave like that? I don’t think I’ll ever understand it. I go to bed feeling sad tonight. I felt heartbroken for Henry’s family today, seeing them on the court steps. I now feel that tenfold. What a world we live in. What a world😔

My 5 year old boy does football training. At the end of the session they do a ‘man of the match’ type thing. My boy is always desperate to win it. He often doesn’t. I explained to him the other day that he didn’t win simply because he wasn’t good enough. That he deffo could win, but he just needs to be better, try harder, be more focused etc. One of the other mums heard me & was aghast at what I said. She told me she is going to get ‘runner-up stickers’ for all the kids who don’t make it. I said no thanks, not for my son. Kids need to learn that they can be the best, but they must apply themselves & dust themselves off when it doesn’t go their way. No consolation prizes, no ‘everyone’s a winner’ etc. There are winners & losers. Wanna win - do your best. Can’t make it? Don’t worry, go & smash something else. Play to your strengths & never, ever play the victim. If more parents & institutions had this attitude, the country would be in a better place - if I say so myself 😉 Cc Konstantin Kisin

I work within the British media. Let me tell all attendees of this event something… There are scores of my fellow media folk desperate for you to show violence and/or disorder. They are desperate to fill their front pages & their headlines with ‘racist’, ‘far-right’ etc. Even the smallest incidents will be amplified & will become the defining images. Agitators will be among you. On top of this, thousands of counter protesters will be close by, marching for their own cause (as is their right) and also to show rejection of yours. And on top of all this too, police will likely be heavy handed with you. If you’re attending today. You will be subject to provocation. Do NOT rise to it. If you do, you will shame yourselves & your cause. You will also give politicians even more excuses to clamp down on your free speech. Stay out of trouble and if you see any trouble near you, help calm it down. Don’t give outlets the headlines & images they are desperately craving...

Parents & grandparents, auntie & uncles… Look at this face & learn this name: Thomas Waller. Never, ever let him anywhere near your children. I am sickened by what he has done. Sickened by the fact he walks the streets while awaiting sentence (he is a child RAPIST!) & utterly perplexed at how any mother could walk alongside their son if he did this. This man is dangerous scum & my heart absolutely breaks for his victims & their families💔

I was in London today so went along, alone, to Trafalgar Square to see/judge it for myself. I was there for just shy of 2 hours (it was too hot for me!) and in that time I saw old/young/disabled/veterans/different faiths & non; come together. People had travelled from far and wide and my experience of it was positive and enjoyable. Those people who are wrongly painting this event as ‘racist’ and ‘far right’ (and did so before it even began) maybe need to burst their bubble of prejudice and perhaps stop being so judgemental, because from what I saw, it was nothing of the sort. If the critics had gone along, you never know - they too might just have enjoyed themselves! There is more that unites us than divides us… To those I spoke to today, I enjoyed our conversations - thank you.

Hmmm. Akhmed Yakoob Many an untrained eye could be forgiven for thinking that from this footage, it seems like the person who hit the mother, is most likely her own son As you say, hopefully justice will prevail for her🙏🏻 We look forward to your comments to this new video…

If anyone is shocked by this, they need to give their head a wobble. Our asylum system is being exploited, at every twist & turn. Pretending to be gay, is just one example. Some of us having been flagging this for ages, only to be called- the now almost meaningless phrase-“far-right”. Perhaps tho, now that the BBC have highlight the obvious (credit to them) the do-gooders may finally take note… It is absolutely appalling what is being done to this country, while tax-payers, millions of whom are struggling themselves, are expected to pick up the tab. Totally and utterly shameful.
