€250,000 FOR A CROISSANT? Possibly a world record for a breakfast never served. My "crime" in December 2021 at a Fazer café in Helsinki? I did not possess a COVID Pass. Went to court. IN APRIL, I SENT THIS LETTER TO ELON MUSK The letter was mailed to SpaceX, X, Tesla, and Neuralink for delivery to Mr. Musk. DHL confirmed delivery. Today, I am making the letter public. See attached. Certain details have been omitted from the published version. Whether any of those letters ever reached Mr. Musk's desk, I do not know. Two months have passed. I have received no known response. My "No COVID Pass, No Breakfast" case is now before the European Court of Human Rights. For challenging Finland and Fazer Restaurants over the discrimination I experienced, I have been ordered to pay approximately €131,000 in my opponents' legal costs, payable to the Finnish Government and Fazer. That amount is currently under enforcement. Separately, I have more than €40,000 in outstanding invoices from my own legal and expert team, who helped bring the case to the European Court of Human Rights. To avoid losing my creditworthiness, enforcement authorities have effectively given me two years to pay the €131,000 under enforcement—requiring roughly €6,000 net per month. Interest on the enforcement amount alone is currently about €750 per month, or €9,000 per year. My income is nowhere near that level. Unless meaningful support arrives before 24 June, I will likely be left with little choice but to apply for debt adjustment, Finland's closest equivalent to personal bankruptcy. I respectfully ask Elon Musk—or anyone with the means and willingness to help—to stand with me in this fight for freedom before 24 June. 🧵THREAD 1/6 24 JUNE 2026 — UNLESS MEANINGFUL HELP COMES BEFORE THEN, I WILL LIKELY APPLY FOR DEBT ADJUSTMENT — FINLAND'S CLOSEST EQUIVALENT TO PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY. NO COVID PASS. NO BREAKFAST. THE FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOMS. I was refused service at a Fazer café in Helsinki because I did not possess a COVID Pass. What happened was contrary to my core values and beliefs, and I felt I was being treated differently from others without sufficient justification. Because I believed fundamental rights were at stake for all of us, I sued the Finnish Government and Fazer to help prevent this from happening again. My case, Vauhkala v. Finland, is now before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The case concerns whether governments and businesses can exclude people from everyday life because they choose not to take a vaccine or a test. The outcome could have implications for fundamental rights across 46 Council of Europe countries and nearly 700 million people. I am under €131,000 in enforcement following legal costs awarded to the Finnish Government and Fazer Restaurants by the Finnish courts. Avoiding a negative credit record would require me to pay approximately €6,000 net per month from my own income for the next two years. The reality is that I do not have that level of income, and I have no way of knowing when the ECHR will reach a decision. Even if the ECHR rules in my favor, the enforcement in Finland may not automatically end, and further legal proceedings may still be required. Korko pääomalla nyt €700–800 kuukausi. Lyhennyksen pitäisi olla €5.800-6.000 kk / 24 kk jotta luottotiedot säilyisi. Määräaika: 29.5.2028. Muut menot huomioiden, bruttopalkka pitäisi ehkä olla jotain €15.000 kk / €180.000 v. V. 2025 nettopalkka per kk noin €2.000 kk ja osingot ehkä noin €20.000 v. P.S. Euroopan ihmisoikeustuomioistuimeen on valitettu 3/2026 mm. siitä että KO, Hovi, KKO eivät tarkistaneet taloustilannettani kun maksut määrättiin.
