Guys like Hutson, Benson, Q. Hughes and others are proving yet again that size doesn’t matter as much as it used to come playoff time. Will GM’s learn from that or will they repeat the same mistake with some of the top undersized players in this years draft?

Still cracking up at this tweet, because it is true. Matthew Schaefer was TOO GOOD that it in a weird way hurt the Islanders (bc Darche went crazy at the deadline). 😭😭😭 Different timeline where he wins the Hobey Baker, is signing rn and the Isles have THREE 1sts this year.

Not liking the revisionist history of the Kaprizov 8x17M. I said it was a necessary overpay back then and it’s still exactly that. It was necessary to them getting Hughes and snapping their first round drought. He’s gotta be a better, but they also ran into a juggernaut this year while hurt.

I think the Celebrini should win the Hart “if they make the playoffs” qualifier is pretty stupid. If you think he is the most valuable player to his team, he should be your Hart pick. Finishing with 1 more or less point than like LA should not dramatically shift your view.

Hand up, I regret how I phrased this tweet. I should’ve spoke more on how impressive this record is than immediately talking about how I think others can/will reach it. It’s a great record and Crosby is top 3 all time (but I still do not think it’s unbreakable).
