Here we go…new CHALLENGE is up, starts tomorrow, 6 days a week. Advanced version butt off the mat, bringing your foot in for a deeper crunch. Easier version below, choose your weight on ankles, dumbbell, choose your reps. I’m doing 75 each leg, 15 & 20 & 25 lb dumbbell, 10 lbs each ankle. Breaking it into 3 sets of 50 with a 2 minute rest. It’s on till the first day of SUMMER. 👙🏖️

What’s stopping you from doing this at 70, ladies? I’ve gotten my arms and shoulders in incredible shape doing free weights. It’s taken time but it’s been worth the effort. One shoulder has two partial tears, impingement, unable to swing it for almost 5 years unless loaded up with L Dopa, both shoulders have some pretty bad osteoarthritis. My point…it doesn’t stop me, low & slow building muscle, strengthening without causing injury. Bonus, I look good in sleeveless, even better in strapless. 😉
