Last year, I went to Mexico City and taught AI tools to a small group of filmmakers and artists. My favorite moment in was when I walked away from the group and came back to find this artist crying because she had finally been able to visualize a story she wanted to produce since she was a teenager. She called her mother immediately to tell her. These are the moments I live for. This is incredibly inspiring. And this is happening all over the world. It’s beautiful.

We have to understand it. We have to lean into it. We have to use it in a really constructive and creative way, make it our friend rather than — I mean, we have to be incredibly cautious and aware of it because there are people who will use it for evil and not good.
