Our condolences to the families of the police personnel who have been martyred in the suicide attack on the police station in Fatehkhel, Bannu. The large number of casualties is heart wrenching. The state has effectively surrendered its writ in our areas to Project Taliban.

طالبان سے مذاکرات کی ہم نے مخالفت کی اور اُس وقت کی اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی کٹھ پتلی جماعت ہماری مخالفت میں مورچہ زن ہو گئی۔ اسمبلی میں جب ہم نے غیر قانونی معاہدوں اور دہشت گردوں کی سرپرستی کے خلاف آواز بلند کی، تو ہمیں یوں خاموش کرایا گیا جیسے ہم نے ان کی دکھتی رگوں پہ ہاتھ رکھ دیا ہو۔
