For me personally. i draw every morning before work and night before bed, i always started by drawing circle or cube and see for the next 5 minutes, if im in a mood i continue to draw hours and hours, if not then i stop at 5min. i do this everyday 🦢🌹

well if you want to shorten your time while drawing pose, have you ever tried 30s drawing exercise? posemaniacs have that feature!!! if you cant do it under 30s, try 60s 90s or even 120s. its okay if the pose is ugly or messed up.
