MK Party’s Muzi Ntshingila explains That there’s manual & electronic counting 1. Manual counting happens is at the voting station with party agents 2. Then the results slip goes to the IEC regional election center where it's captured into the IEC system. No party agents were allowed to oversee the process of capturing. That is where most discrepancies, acts of corruption and criminality took place.
