❌ A common mistake I see younger pitchers (especially starters) make is blowing it out too quickly. On high intent days, effort should gradually increase with reps. Take more time in between reps to conserve energy and slowly build into it before entering the game. Trust that the juices will be flowing and take precaution to prevent neurological & muscular fatigue.
