With Octane back on the menu after the Axle Nerf here's your annual reminder: Stimming before hitting a pad does absolutely nothing. You just feel faster cus oooh shiny green stuff and you haven't turned off FOV ability scaling. Stop it. Get some help.

NEW MOVEMENT TECH !! Somehow when you drop an EVA-8 without any attachments and pick it up fast enough you can teleport through walls. No clue how this went unnoticed. Works on all Legends.

Small reminder that the 2nd Grapple enables this. You don't necessarily need the Soft Landing perk.

Shoutout to revenant grenade climbs. Beautiful interaction of revenant passive, damage boosts and climb end boost, while being almost entirely useless. peak movement.

So yeah i got to see Season 29 and Axle early. And she will be a BONKERS Movement Legend !! Passive: Drift - Enhanced Slide. Far more Control, stronger and longer slide, can slide more often etc. Tactical: Nitro gate- Give everyone that uses it a boosted Slide and Axle's passive. Ultimate: Kickstart - Enemy seeking drone that explodes in their face and yeets them in the air. Yes it goes through gibby bubbles. Has 200 health and can be shot down. She plays like a ground based horizontal Sparrow in her mechanical potential when combining jumps and slides. And will offer a completely new core Movement loop. Can't wait for Lurchers and Movement demons in general to get their hands on her. #EAPartner #ApexOverclockedPreview

Apex is lying to you. You're not actually moving at "full Movement Speed" while healing on Support now. You move 10.21hu/s slower than "walking while holding an item" speed. 173.5 vs 163.29. Don't ask me why 🤷 Nothing else has that velocity. Literally unplayable.

Breakable Windows seem to use the same "Momentum storage" system as when picking up Rampart Walls. So you can throw yourself through them and even if your melee is a bit late the game will be generous and still keep your momentum going.

Chat...STOP blaming the Observers at the EWC Broadcast. THIS IS A DIRECTING PROBLEM. Observers are who is flying around the map, always trying their best to make their specific POV look the best. A Live broadcast director is making the decision when to switch between Player POV, an observer, the Map etc. Name a more iconic duo than gamers always managing to blame and attack lower level workers instead of the ones actually making decision at the top.

Because this has gotten some recent attention again. Apex Legends has bugged FPS ranges, like 140-160FPS for example, where you are severely magnetized to the floor when trying to Slidehop. This Issue has existed for it's entire Lifetime and has been raised to Respawn multiple times. That this still hasn't been addressed in a self proclaimed Movement shooter is completely unbelievable. So i'm once again calling public attention to it in yet another attempt to get this actually looked at. If you regularly reach the following FPS Ranges you HAVE TO Cap your FPS below them to prevent this magnetization issue. - 65-85FPS - 140-160FPS - 205-230FPS - 275-300FPS Even very shallow inclines extend these ranges even further. If you regularly reach FPS in these ranges use the +fps_max command to cap your FPS below one of these ranges. For example “+fps_max 270”. To be safe around inclines set your fps cap 5-10FPS below these ranges. I can guarantee you there will be people under this post utterly flabbergasted that this was the issue all along for why their movement felt so much shittier compared to the smooth movement of the Content creators they watch.

Self damage intended as a Axle Nerf but turn it into Movement Tech 💀 "Kick-boost" You can use the self damage from Axle's Ultimate to deliberately use it as a sort of Jump-Pad. And combine it with the speed of your Tactical... and even keep the double-jump.

wha...what just happened...? I'm pretty sure they just increased the Slideboost cooldown on Axle, which was 1sec, back to 2sec which is the same for all other Legends. Taking away one of the unique things about her Slide. All while not even fixing the infinite Sliding they mention in this post. This is me doing it after this patch, the timing is just different. All while doing that before adressing the Tactical cooldown and Infinite duration that are way more problematic right now. wat ??

Season 22 will completely remove Aim Flinch from all Guns and almost all Legend abilities !! Aim Assist on PC will be reduced by about 25% to about 0.3. Console Players in PC Lobbies will now also use that value instead of 0.6. #EAPartner
