VAMPIRE DIARIES IS BACK Kenol Sagana Road 48km. The contractor was to be paid 8.4 billion but he was paid 9.6 billion. An extra 1.2 billion was paid for nothing. To add salt to injury. The government borrowed more than 30billion from the Africa Development Bank and the Africa Growing Together Fund which is more than was needed for both Kenol Sagana Lot 1 and Sagana Marua Lot 2.
