Just made my first video with Grok Imagine 1.5, and wow, I'm really impressed. I'm an engineer, this isn't something I've ever done before. The use of chalkboards is wild to see at a conference. Apparently at Cursor there are chalkboards all over the office, so they carried this over to Compile. First time I’ve seen anything like this, totally brings me back to grad school.

Yesterday was a very surreal day in many ways. Waking up to see that SpaceX had acquired Cursor, and then a few hours later, watching Michael Truell deliver his keynote on stage at Compile, Cursor's first user conference, was just incredible. I think this is a truly historic keynote for many reasons, very glad I recorded it, excited to share the entire thing with all of you. What an incredible journey.

Okay, here it is, Michael's full fireside chat with Ed Catmull, the co-founder of Pixar. This is without a doubt, one of the best talks I have ever seen in my life. I am such a tremendous fan of Pixar, learned a lot from this talk both about Pixar, and leadership. If you want to know how Toy Story almost got erased, or why they made Ratatouille, and what it was like working with Steve Jobs, this is a must watch. Thank you to Michael Truell and the whole team at Cursor for allowing me, and everyone else at Compile, to share in such a special moment in history.
