Can you imagine moving like this at 85 years old? Or when you are 75 years old? Or at only 65? Never underestimate the power of daily movement. In the Chinese Martial Arts there is this saying: Old Man shows the way. If we want to lead the younger generations and gain their interest in our way of life movement opens up the doors to do so. We have to be strong, vibrant, and versatile movers. No better day to start than today! Jakob - MoD

Legs like Bamboo! In my early training days, most people tried to build strong legs by armoring them with an extra layer of thick muscle. Bigger was better. I envied them for years. But after deepening my practice, I recognized one thing. Their tree-trunk legs didn't serve them well outside of the gym. So I searched for an alternative. And was introduced to the idea of the Bamboo Legs. This method aims to strengthen your legs, make them resilient to injury, and keep them versatile for real-world scenarios. For the first time, I share my complete take on the Bamboo Legs inside my paid Movement Community. Comment with "Bamboo" and I'll send you an invitation link. Have a great day, Move or Die - Jakob

I struggled with my handstand for years. I was convinced that if I tried it hard enough it would click someday. But the day never came. Until I discovered the power of the indirect approach. Thanks to that, I had my first 10-second free-standing handstand in 6 months of training. What did I do? Not training the free handstand. I did a lot of mobility work to open my shoulders and my hips. I spent a massive amount of time doing Body Line Drills to get proper structure. Then I implemented it all in my handstands with wall support. And only from there I slowly transitioned into the free-standing handstand. Doing the thing without directly doing the thing is by now my favorite approach.
