For correction sake: This information is FALSE, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was the first to release a very detailed Manifesto, issues on Student loans which birthed NELFUND Student loan scheme and other policies came from it . As at that time, Peter Obi said clearly that he does NOT need a manifesto (video evidence attached).
