One thing I am noticing in all these Hack n slash games, and Metroidvanias, it seems like the monsters do not fight back they just get tossed around with no chance to fight back. Slain wants to kill you hence the name. It is a stand and fight game. Beware of witches they will make you see and do things you don't want too. Slain2
