Rich people actually don’t take risk the way people without money do. A Multimillionaire could pack $100M in Treasury Bill at 3% return per annum and go home with $3M per year - which is effectively $250,000 a month. He would be able to live comfortably on just the returns of that money. To get the same return as a poor person you’d have to take crazy risk that may wipe you out. Making money actually gets easier with the more cash you stack up.
