Most disturbing thing about the Cockroach Janta Party isn't just their politics, it's the utter indifference & disconnect they display. The expressions, body language and negative attitude of Abhijeet Dipke and Vijeta Dahiya are openly admitting that Sonam Wangchuk's health and well-being are the least of their concerns. He seems to have been reduced to nothing more than a guinea pig for their personal agendas. It's a classic use-and-throw approach. Exploit a respected face for your personal ambitions, then move on while he bears the consequences. If this is how they treat the very person they claimed to stand with, it speaks volumes about them. Perhaps Sonam Wangchuk, too, has realised he placed his trust in the wrong people and paid for it by being treated like a rag.

At the BJP Social Media Workshop in Delhi yesterday, with representatives from every State present and the hall packed to capacity, I was busy running around (as part of the organising team) when our Hon’ble National President, Shri Nitin Nabin Ji, was lighting the ceremonial lamp. Amidst so many people around him, he noticed that one karyakarta was missing. He insisted that I be called and given the opportunity to light the lamp alongside my team. That small gesture spoke volumes about his magnanimity, humility and respect for every karyakarta. This is what makes our leadership truly special, when, despite the scale of the occasion, the leader remembers the individual. These are the संस्कार of the BJP. Read that again. They're claiming a right to privacy... at a public protest, even as videos from the protest show abuse being hurled and incidents of violence.
